The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Nov. 2
• A 35-year-old woman of a Hemingway Avene apartment was arrested at 9:55 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 60-year-old woman of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 3:28 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protection order. She was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.
• A 46-year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 8:02 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault on the third degree, strangulation/suffocation in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed on a $75,000 surety bond.
Thursday, Nov. 3
• A 23-year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 9:00 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, breach of peace in the second degree, assault in the third degree, threatening in the second degree, and two counts of disorderly conduct. She was processed in a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 37-year-old man of Cecelia Drive was arrested at 2:13 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 43-year-old Southington man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and violation of a protective order.
Friday, Nov. 4
• A 28-year-old woman of George Street was arrested at 7:51 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Saturday, Nov. 5
• A 21-year-old man Of George Street was arrested at 4:01 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree on a person aged 60 or older or a person who is pregnant or handicapped. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.
• A 46-year-old man of a Cozy Beach Avenue apartment was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
Sunday, Nov. 6
• A 45-year-old man of Summit Avenue was arrested at 10:00 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, burglary in the first degree, larceny in the first degree. While in custody he was also charged with three counts of violation of probation and failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of an outstanding warrant.
• A 48-year-old man of Englewood Drive was arrested at 3:12 p.m. and charged with sexual assault on a person between the age of two and 13 years and sexual contact with a person under the age of 16. He was processed on a $150,000 surety bond.
Monday, Nov. 7
• A 28-year-old woman of a Thompson Street apartment was arrested at 12:20 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and five counts of violation of a protective order.
• A 37-year-old man of Highland Avenue was arrested at 12:20 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 47-year-old man of Stevens Street was arrested at 1:55 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance. While in custody he was also charged with failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of an outstanding warrant.
Tuesday, Nov. 8
• A 37-year-old man of a Laurel Street apartment was arrested at 12:21 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree following an investigation at 107 Hemingway Avenue.
• A 36-year-Old West Haven woman was arrested at 9:00 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
