The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Sept. 28
No arrests were made.
• A 41-year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:27 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 43-year-old New Haven man was issued a citation at 8:37 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 39-year-old man of a Mona Avenue apartment was issued a citation at 9:04 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 25-year-old Clinton man was issued a citation at 9:25 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 22-year-old Meriden man was issued a citation at 10:11 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
• A 69-year-old Stratford man was issued a citation at 9:12 p.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart from resulting in a rear-end collision.

• A 42-year-old Hamden woman was issued a citation at 7:13 p.m. for failure to carry a driver’s license and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart resulting in a rear-end collision.

• A 19-year-old Danbury man was issued a citation at 12:26 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
Monday, Oct. 3

• A 23-year-old Burlington man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:15 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
Tuesday, Oct. 4
• A 20-year-old man of unrecorded address was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with conspiracy to commit larceny in the second degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
• An 18-year-old Hamden man was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury), making an improper turn, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. While in custody he was also charged with failure to appear in the first degree on an outstanding warrant.
• A 53-year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 3:03 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 42-year-old man of Giles Avenue was arrested at 5 p.m. and charged with failure to register a change of address as a convicted violent sexual offender.
• A 19-year-old man of Ridge Road was arrested at 5:14 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
