Deep River Police Incident Report for April 25 and 26
The Valley Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Essex, Deep River, and Chester. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, April 25
• No arrests were made.
• A 27 year-old Durham man was issued a citation at 4:47 p.m. for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a one-car motor vehicle accident. He was operating a 2006 Ford Ranger when he lost control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway. No injuries were reported at the scene.
Thursday, April 26
• A 33 year-old man of Whittlesey Brook Road was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was released after posting a surety bond and issued a May 10 court date.
