Chester Fair 2019 Photography Prize Winners Announced
The 140th annual Chester Fair held Aug. 23 to 25 was again a showcase for amateur photographers from both near and far. A total of 83 adult and youth photographers entered a total of 360 prints at this year’s exhibition and competition.
Photo Superintendent Skip Hubbard said, “We annually attract entries from a wide area. This year’s exhibit drew photographers from 26 towns, including four from out-of-state.”
The 2019 blue ribbon and special award winners were as follows:
