North Haven PD: Arrest Made in 2017 Overdose Death
North Haven Police have made an arrest in the 2017 overdose death of a 28 year-old mother of four.
According to a press release from the North Haven Police Department, a 28 year-old mother of four was found deceased in her North Haven home on Oct. 2, 2017. The death was ruled an overdose caused by fentanyl. Following a lengthy investigation, North Haven detectives and members of the Drug Enforcement Task Force were able to identify the supplier of the drugs.
Police arrested Enrique Dellvalle-Perez, 31, of Naugatuck, on Wednesday, March 14. He was charged with the sale of narcotics, possesion of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment, engaging police in pursuit, and a number of motor vehicle related charges.
Dellvalle-Perez posted a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 22.
