For The Love Of Chocolate
Weekend Kitchen will offer a heart-healthy Valentine’s cooking class on Thursday, Feb. 9 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. for a cost of $95 with chef Terry Walters.
The menu will include creamy hummus with pumpkin seed cacao dukkah, mixed bean chili with cacao and roasted squash, roasted cauliflower steaks, dark chocolate pudding, and chocolate bundt cake with coconut ginger icing. BYOB.
