Legacy Theatre, Seaview Productions Sponsor Third Annual Broadway in Branford
The Legacy Theatre partners once again with Seaview Productions (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, Gypsy, Side Show) to sponsor the third annual Broadway in Branford event on Sunday, July 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Owenego Beach & Tennis Club, 40 Linden Avenue, Branford.
Following the success of last year’s sold-out Eden Espinosa (Wicked) & Friends and the inaugural Witness Uganda: In Concert, this year’s event features an evening of Broadway and Pop music under the tent at the Owenego with a view of the Long Island Sound.
The Broadway Boys include Broadway stars Nick Cartell (Phantom of the Opera), Brent DiRoma (Jersey Boys), Donald Webber, Jr. (Motown), Shaun Mykals (Dreamgirls), John Krause (Fun Home), and Matt DeAngelis (Hair) and is backed up by a full band. More information on The Broadway Boys is available at www.bwayboys.com.
Admission is a “pay what you can” contribution to the Legacy Theatre, with a suggested donation of $20.
Seaview Productions—led by Branford residents Greg Nobile and Jana Shea and supported by Colin Sheehan—is a Tony Award- and Olivier Award-winning Broadway and West End production company. More information about Legacy Theatre is available at www.legacytheatrect.org.
