Send Them Back to Hartford
I am pleased to write in support of two candidates, John-Michael Parker for state representative and Christine Cohen for state senator, both of whom have been representing us with dedication and success in Hartford.
John-Michael has been endorsed by the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV) , the Sierra Club, Planned Parenthood, and Moms Demand Action and Connecticut Against Gun Violence (CAGV).
Christine has been endorsed by CTLCV, Sierra Club, National Association of Social Workers, Uniformed Professional Fire Fighters Association of Connecticut, CAGV, Connecticut Education Association, and Planned Parenthood.
Together they have worked to bring to Madison $5 million in state funding for projects that have enhanced our town, including Academy Community Center, the American Legion Post, and Garvin Point. Their efforts helped strengthen Connecticut’s financial standing by passing budgets that reduce our long-term debt. They have voted on legislation that protects our environment and a woman’s right to choose.
I am grateful for their commitment to the values I hold dear and for their service to Madison. I hope that we will send them back to Hartford to continue their good work.
