Festival of Arts Outdoor Exhibit This Weekend
The Madison Art Society (MAS) annual Scranton Memorial Library Festival of the Arts Outdoor Art Exhibiton is on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 26 Wall Street, behind the library and diagonally across from the post office. This is a free event, running concurrently with Madison's sidewalk sales.
The art show, be located under two large tents, will feature works for sale by 20 local artists. MAS donates 10 percent of the proceeds from sales made during the festival to the library.
Artists who will be displaying their paintings include Jay Babina, Pat Barone, Paul Bunnell, Penny Chittenden, John Copelin, Paula Emery, Ellen Fabian, Dianne Gorrick, Bill Hosking, Linda Loen, Gloria Nilsson, Seymour Page, Renni Ridgeway Korsmeyer, Maryanne Rupp, Maude Schmidt, Beverly Schirmeier, Pat and Bil Seekamp, Diane Stone, and Karen Wiesner.
