07/23/2019 12:00 AMThe Chester Rotary Club held a special meeting this week to recognize three recipients receiving the 2019 Citizenship Award. This $2,500 scholarship award is presented each year to selected graduating seniors who are Chester residents. These young people have demonstrated a “Service Above Self” approach to their volunteer work in the Chester community. Mia Dagostino, Sean Cole and Connor Riordan (not shown) are the 2019 recipients.
