The award is given to leaders of top performing skilled nursing facilities based upon the MDS Quality Indicators, occupancy, and three years of survey data.
Janet received this award for her outstanding work as the administrator of the Branford Hills Health Care Center, a 190 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Branford.
