Essential Life Skills for Teens - Grit - A Resiliency-Building Workshop January 29th

Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services offers this series for Shoreline high school students featuring expert professionals in a wide range of areas.

Our expert professional this month, Dr. Alicia Farrell, will teach Grit: A Resiliency-Building Workshop on Monday January 29th starting at 7 pm at the Vicki Duffy Pavilion at Saybrook Point.

Call our office to sign up your teenager! The goal of the Essential Life Skills For Teens Series is to encourage a growth mindset, with each teenager leaving our classes with more confidence and competency.

There is limited space available, therefore an RSVP is required. The program is open to all Shoreline teens. Sign up by calling OSYFS at 860-395-3190 or sign up at the OSHS Main Office. $5 donation per student/family.

Upcoming classes will provide expertise in car ownership; financial literacy; household maintenance; health and wellness; and citizenship.
