03/06/2017 11:00 PMTwilight Tango! – CONCORA’s signature fundraising event of the 2016-2017 season – will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Pond House Café at Elizabeth Park, 1555 Asylum Avenue, West Hartford, CT.
Twilight Tango! will offer an evening of fine food, lively music, dancing, and plenty of fun at the newly-renovated Pond House, located within famed Elizabeth Park.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course buffet dinner and cash bar, and will be invited to bid on an appealing array of live and silent auction items, including trips, vacation home getaways, fine art, fine jewelry, theater and concert tickets, and much more.
The evening will feature the music of InfiniTango, Greater Hartford's leading tango ensemble. The Men of CONCORA will make a special appearance with their own musical offering.
In addition to its highly-acclaimed regional performances of choral music, CONCORA, the region’s oldest all-professional choral ensemble, offers an array of in-school educational and community-based enrichment experiences for children, young adults, adult singers, and music-lovers. All proceeds from Twilight Tango! will support these artistic and educational programs.
Tickets to Twilight Tango! are available at www.concora.org or (860) 293-0567. Single tickets are $90 per person, or $80 per person when purchased in tables of ten. Reservations are required; tickets will remain on sale through March 28.
