The Westbrook Foundation Donates to the Valley Shore YMCA


The Valley Shore YMCA was honored to receive a grant from the Westbrook Foundation in the amount of $2,500 to help support Daisy Ingraham Elementary School’s Afterschool Program. Stated Chris Pallatto, the YMCA’s Executive Director, “The Westbrook Foundation’s commitment to supporting our program rings so true with our philosophy to help children grow, thrive, and reach their potential. We are honored to receive this grant from such an impactful Foundation in our community”.

The Westbrook Foundation is a local charitable foundation dedicated to improving the lives of those in Westbrook, Connecticut. Their purpose is to receive and administer funds and other property to help meet the medical and educational, social, welfare, cultural, recreational, and civic needs of the citizens of the town.

The Valley Shore YMCA is located in Westbrook, and offers both Before and After School Programs on-site at 8 different elementary and middle schools in the community.
