02/23/2015 11:00 PMEasy Haven Public Schools will be holding its annual PreK registration on Wednesday, March 4th and Thursday, March 5th at D.C. Moore Elementary School, 82 Elliot Street. This is the first step in accessing a variety of aligned programs starting in September, 2015. Parents may register their children for either, or both, the 3 and 4 year old PreK classrooms. The registration hours each day are 10 AM – 12 PM, and again from 1 PM – 3 PM. Children must be a minimum of 2.9 years of age when they register for the three year old classroom. Parents must also have three forms of identification which include their personal photo ID plus two additional forms of residency. These may include a current lease or mortgage document, utility and or tax bill. Finally, the child’s birth certificate and immunization records must be presented at the time of registration. After the registration process has been completed, parents will be notified when to bring their child in for preschool screening which will be held the week of March 23 – 26, 2015. You must be registered before your child can be screened for school.
