The East Haven U-19 baseball team took four defeats in Connecticut Elite Baseball Association play last week to finish the regular season with a record of 6-12. East Haven lost two games to Orange and two games versus Hamden in recent action.

On July 25, East Haven played a doubleheader against Orange on the road and dropped both ends of the set at Brinley Field. Orange earned a 3-1 win in the first game and then edged out East Haven by a 3-2 score in the nightcap to complete the sweep.

East Haven returned to the field for a home game with Hamden on July 28. Hamden won the game by the final score of 10-0 at East Haven High School. The next day, East Haven faced Hamden again and took a 6-2 loss at Legion Field.
