Julie Kelly spent the first two years of her time as Haddam-Killingworth as a hurdler and sprinter for its indoor and outdoor track teams, before signing up for cross country as a junior. As a senior last fall, Julie earned All-Shoreline Conference First Team honors for the girls’ cross-country squad, which won conference and state titles and then advanced to the New England Championship as a team for the first time in program history.
