Awards were based on the achievements of the company’s sales associates in the previous year.
John Campbell, a Realtor in the Madison and Guilford offices, was named top listing agent. He was also named the top sales agent in dollar volume sold. Campbell has been selling residential real estate along the Connecticut shoreline with a special focus on downtown and waterfront shoreline homes, new construction, and luxury condominiums for more than 14 years. He has consistently ranked among the leading sales professionals in the area.
Jenny Buchanan Josephson, ABR, GRI, of the Essex and Madison offices, was the top sales agent in terms of units sold. Buchanan Josephson has been in real estate for more than 20 years during which time she has won numerous awards, including Connecticut Magazine’s 5-Star Award for five consecutive years. She is an accredited buyer representative, graduate of the Realtors’ Institute, and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Buchanan Josephson also ranked second in listings attained and third in dollar volume sold company-wide.
