Dylan Walter has lived his entire life on the Connecticut Shoreline and considers himself a Real Estate expert in the Greater Old Saybrook Shoreline area. His clients appreciate his honesty and have described his demeanor as one they would seek in a friend.

"Dylan was the first agent I ever encountered who was not only knowledgeable about the home buying process but who genuinely cared about getting us in the right home," says John Klick, one of Walter's clients from East Lyme. Walter's strong interaction skills may be attributed to his education. He received a B.A. in communication from UConn in 2006. Today, Walter holds professional specialties in aerial photography, internet marketing, content generation and distribution, and creative methods of niche marketing as well as broad marketing to target today's internet consumer. Dylan is aware of buyers' and sellers' needs in an ever-changing market.

Walter's recent real estate achievements have included the 2017 and 2018 Chairman's Club, which celebrate the top 10% in sales company wide. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the New Haven/Middlesex Realtors.

When he is not selling homes, Walter uses his free time to volunteer with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Clinton Welcoming Committee, and is a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Clinton Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid golfer (self-admittedly, he is not very good, but rumor has it he's working on it), is a huge NHL and NFL fan, and loves his family, especially his niece, Maris.
