Oct. 26 to Nov. 1

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

• A 30-year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:44 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.

• A 30-year-old man of Atwater Street Extension was arrested at 5:21 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart following a motor vehicle in front of 660 Foxon Road.

Thursday, Oct. 27

• A 45-year-old woman of Carmen Street was arrested at 2:10 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 47-year-old man of Stevens Street was arrested at 9:34 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Friday, Oct. 28

No arrests were made.

Saturday, Oct. 29

• A 35-year-old Guilford man was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway following a motor vehicle stop in front of 591 North High Street.

• A 60-year-old woman of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 2:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Oct. 30

• A 32-year-old Branford man was arrested at 6:54 p.m. and charged with assault in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.

Monday, Oct. 31

• A 24-year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:43 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 41-year-old man of Kenny Court was arrested at 9:21 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 34-year-old man of Williams Street was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

• A 20-year-old woman of a Messina Drive apartment was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the second degree on a persona age 60 or older of who is pregnant or handicapped, and unlawful restraint in the first degree. She was processed on a $100,000 surety bond.
