Oct. 19 to 25

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Oct. 19 - Thursday, Oct. 20

No arrests were made.

Friday, Oct. 21

• A 61-year-old Hamden man was arrested at 2:29 p.m. and charged with conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plate, driver’s license, or registration following a shoplifting incident at Big Y.

Saturday, Oct. 22

• A 26-year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 2:20 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.

• A 22-year-old Hamden man was arrested at 2:36 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree. He was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

• A 24-year-old man of Kimberly Avenue was arrested at 4:17 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

Sunday, Oct. 23

• A 32-year-old man of Circle Drive was arrested at 1:55 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 46-year-old man of Hellstrom Road was arrested at 5:37 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.

Monday, Oct. 24

• A 23-year-old man of Cedar Court was arrested at 6:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 24-year-old Pomfret woman was arrested at 6:10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. While in custody she was also charged with failure to appear in the first degree and failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of a warrant.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

• A 34-year-old woman of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
