Sept. 14 to 20

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Sept. 14

• A 58-year-old man of unrecorded address was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, robbery in the third degree, and breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 29-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 7:49 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.

Thursday, Sept. 15

• A 23-year-old Hamden man was arrested at 11:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. While in custody he was also charged with five counts of failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

• A 30-year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 12 noon and charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to obey a stop sign. While in custody she was also charged with failure to appear in the first degree on the strength of an outstanding warrant.

Friday, Sept. 16

No arrests were made.

Saturday, Sept 17

• A 30-year-old woman of Burr Street was arrested at 11:20 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disorderly conduct, and threatening in the second degree.

• A 30-year-old man of Dell Drive was arrested at 11:55 p.m. and charged with three counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

Sunday, Sept. 18

No arrests were made.

Monday, Sept. 19

• An 80-year-old man of Savoy Street was arrested at 12:46 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.

• A 43-year-old woman of Cold Spring Avenue was arrested at 8:04 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, and assault in the third degree.

Tuesday, Sept. 20

• A 72-year-old man of Mansfield Road was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
