Aug. 17 to 23

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

• A 28 year-old Meriden man was arrested at 8:54 p.m. and charged with sale of a narcotic substance and conspiracy to commit sale of a narcotic substance. He was processed on a $100,000 surety bond.

Thursday, Aug. 18

• A 39 year-old man of Easton, Maryland, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree, threatening in the second degree, and six counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $100,000 surety bond.

Friday, Aug. 19

• A 38 year-old man of a Coe Ave apartment was arrested at 2:34 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, possession of a controlled substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 35 year-old man of Summit Avenue was arrested at 9:16 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and two counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

Saturday, Aug. 20

• A 45 year-old North Haven man was arrested at 1:10 a.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree.

• A 31 year-old man of Tyler Street was arrested at 2:43 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Aug. 21

• A 36 year-old Norwalk man was arrested at 4:10 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• A 40 year-old man of Ann Street was arrested at 7:05 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree.

• An 18 year-old man of Minor Road was arrested at 10:21 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Monday, Aug. 22

• A 35 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:50 p.m. and charged with evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Tuesday, Aug. 23

• A 37 year-old man of Lennox Street was arrested at 7 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening in the second degree, and unlawful restraint in the first degree. He was processed in a $250,000 surety bond.
