Aug. 24 to 30

The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

• A 37 year-old man of Bonita Springs, Florida, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 34 year-old Durham man was issued a citation at 3:11 p.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.

Thursday, Aug. 25

No arrests were made.

Friday, Aug. 26

No arrests were made.

• A 42 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:03 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

Saturday, Aug. 27 - Sunday, Aug. 28

No arrests were made.

Monday, Aug. 29

• A 23 year-old woman of an Evergreen Road apartment was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 37 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 5 p.m. and charged with burglary in the second degree, larceny in the fifth degree, illegally taking a payment card, and charging less than $500 on a revoked payment card.

Tuesday, Aug. 30

• A 34 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 12:50 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, robbery in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny, and failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of a warrant.

• A 64 year-old East Harford woman was issued a citation at 9:07 a.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.

• A 44 year-old Avon man was issued a citation at 10:28 a.m.

• A 50 year-old Northford man was issued a citation at 12:41 p.m. for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
