Police Incident Report for Feb. 4 to 10


The Guilford Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Thursday, Feb. 4

No arrests were made.

• A vehicle repossession was conducted at 72 Bluff View Drive by Skyline Recovery at 2:35 a.m.

Friday, Feb. 5

No arrests were made.

• A larceny of a lost wallet was investigated at 1200 Boston Post Road (Dunkin’ Donuts) at 7:15 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated at Walmart, 900 Boston Post Road, at 9:20 a.m. Plant shelves were stolen. The vehicle associated with the theft was a silver GMC last seen being operated westbound on Boston Post Road. The license plate came back to a Guilford address, which police investigated.

Saturday, Feb. 6

No arrest were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 599 Goose Lane at 10:20 a.m. A check was altered.

• Neighbor trouble was investigated on Wauwinet Court at 5:04 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 7

No arrests were made.

• A breach of peace incident was investigated at 55 Cedar Grove Road at 7:37 p.m. The incident occurred between a resident and a Department of Public Works employee.

Monday, Feb. 8

No arrests were made.

• A breach of peace incident was investigated on Water Street at 10:11 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

No arrests were made.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

No arrests were made.

• The theft of a motor vehicle (a gray Ford Explorer) was investigated at 54 Old Miller Lane at 4:27 a.m. The vehicle was recovered in New Haven and towed to Lombard Motors located at 140 Gando Drive in New Haven.

From Feb. 4 to 10, two domestic disputes were investigated in town.
