• A 33 year-old Avon man was arrested at 6:02 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast following a motor vehicle stop on Cow Hill Road.

• A 35 year-old man of David Farm Road was arrested at 9:34 a.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree.

• A 65 year-old man of Nod Road was arrested at 4:37 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 47 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 11:45 p.m. and charged with multiple counts of larceny in the third, fourth, and sixth degrees, multiple counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the third, fourth, and sixth degree, organized retail theft of less than $10,000, violation of probation, and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
Friday, Nov. 20
• A 67 year-old man of Beach Road was arrested at 6:23 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
• A 40 year-old woman of William Street was arrested at 11:27 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, possession with intent to sell or distribute, and sale of a controlled substance. In the same incident a 41 year-old New Haven man was arrested and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
Saturday, Nov. 21
• A 34 year-old New London woman was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor. In the same incident a 29 year-old man of East Hartford was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, illegal
posession of a shoplifting device, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, and violation of probation.

• A 45 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 11:06 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.
• A 38 year-old Naugatuck man was arrested at 3:45 p.m. and charged with illegal receipt of a payment card, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis or a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of a marker plate.
• A 22 year-old man of Lochwood Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:15 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to carry proof of insurance, and failure to obey a control signal following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike.
• A theft from a vehicle was investigated at 21 Groveway was investigated at 6:58 p.m.

• A 21 year-old Thompson woman was arrested at 6:23 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, breach of pace in the second degree, and disorderly conduct.

• A 31 year-old woman of Elmwood Way was arrested at 7:25 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
• A 26 year-old man of Hurd Bridge Road was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, criminal damage to property in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call following a domestic disturbance.
• A theft via shoplifting was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 6:45 p.m.

• A 48 year-old man of Grove Street was arrested at 5:41 p.m. and charged with three counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $3,000 bond amount.

• A 17 year-old was arrested at 6:53 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, illegal use of a credit card, and three counts of conspiracy. The juvenile was processed and released on a written promise to appear in court and was released to the custody of a legal guardian.
• A 67 year-old Westbrook man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:03 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury) following a motor vehicle crash on Essex Road.
