• A 46 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 8:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 52 year-old man of Branhaven Drive was arrested at 8:25 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway, and improper passing.
• A 22 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 8:25 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• An 18 year-old woman of Highland Avenue was arrested at 3:07 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way at an intersection.
• A 32 year-old homeless man was arrested at 10:03 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.
• A 43 year-old woman of Hunt Lane was arrested at 5:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and assault in the third degree.
• A 32 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:53 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.
• A 32 year-old homeless man was arrested at 7:48 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.
• A 40 year-old man of Bradford Avenue was arrested at 11:02 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 28 year-old Ansonia man was arrested on a warrant at 8:20 a.m. and charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $50,000 surety bond.

• A 46 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 10:31 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, criminal mischief in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and uses or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed on a $10,000 bond.

• A 58 year-old Branford man was arrested at 10 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.
Friday, Jan. 3
• A 34 year-old man of Birch Lane East was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on warrants charging him with one count of failure to appear in the first degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $55,000 surety bond.
• A 30 year-old man of Taylor Avenue was arrested at 9:21 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 26 year-old Madison man was arrested at 3:36 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree and reporting a false incident in the second degree and arson in the third degree. He was processed on a $100,000 surety bond.
• A 30 year-old man of Taylor Avenue was arrested at 9:21 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 48 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:18 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury), failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart, and unsafe backing.

• A 40 year-old man of old Foxon Road was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of a protective order.
Monday, Jan. 6
• A 54 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $200,000 surety bond.
• A 42 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:51 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Tuesday, Jan. 7
• A 50 year-old Torrington man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 54 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:38 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, larceny in the fourth degree, and criminal attempt.
• A 52 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 12:47 p.m. and charged with use or possession of a controlled substance.
• An 18 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 7:40 p.m. and charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and larceny in the third degree. She was processed on a $12,000 surety bond.
