• A 53 year-old man of Mansfield Road was arrested at 12:05 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.
• A 32 year-old West Hartford man was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and forgery in the third degree.
• A 26 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on warrants charging her with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 48 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:15 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there were property damage or bodily injury).

• An 18 year-old woman of Maple Avenue was arrested at 2:15 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree.
