Wednesday, Oct. 9
• A 29 year-old man of an unreported address was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the third degree.
• A 48 year-old man of Short Rocks Road was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 21 year-old man of Monticello Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:28 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plate.
Thursday, Oct. 10
• A 37 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 5:11 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension for a prior DUI conviction, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

Saturday, Oct. 12
• A 43 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 1:02 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Sunday, Oct. 13
• A 41 year-old man of Rose Hill Road was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Monday, Oct. 14
• A 79 year-old man of Brushy Plains Road was arrested at 2:52 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 25 year-old man of Ivy Street was arrested at 5:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the second degree, and threatening in the second degree.
• A 66 year-old North Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:11 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
Tuesday, Oct. 15
• A 47 year-old Hartford woman was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with two counts of each of the following: larceny in the third degree, identity theft in the first degree, criminal impersonation, and forgery in the third degree.
Wednesday, Oct. 16
• A 25 year-old man of Briarwood Lane was arrested at 11:45 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and threatening in the second degree.
Thursday, Oct. 17 to Friday, Oct. 18

• A 40 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:22 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

• A 20 year-old woman of Obrien Road was arrested at 4:17 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 38 year-old Bethany man was arrested at 11:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 51 year-old Simsbury man was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 35 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:31 p.m. for speeding at over 56 miles per hour on a secondary road, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to comply with passing on the right rules.
Thursday, Oct. 24
• A 31 year-old man of Wilcox Place was arrested at 11:29 a.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 48 year-old man of Beckett Avenue was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
• A 51 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:53 p.m. and charged with two counts of criminal trespass in the first degree and two counts of violation of a protective order.
• A 36 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:58 p.m. for reckless driving and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis (second time arrest for this offense).
Friday, Oct. 25
• A 21 year-old man of Gilbert Lane was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, operation of a drug factory, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and three counts of possession of drugs with intent to sell.
• An 82 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 7:10 p.m. and charged with conducting home improvements on an expired certificate.

• A 59 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:10 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
• A 31 year-old man of Hamre Lane was issued a citation at 10:39 a.m. for creating a public disturbance.

• A 24 year-old man of unknown address and a 23 year-old woman of Austin Ryer Lane were each issued a citation at 1:43 a.m. for creating a public disturbance.
• A 23 year-old woman of Austin Ryer Lane was issued a citation at 10:15 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. This is the same woman charged with the same earlier in the morning.

• A 48 year-old man of Monroe Street was arrested at 1:22 p.m. and charged with issuing a bad check in an amount of $500 or less.
• A 39 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:51 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, falsifying a marker plate or driver’s license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.

• A 47 year-old woman of Main Street was arrested at 2:16 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 27 year-old woman of Mill Plain Road was arrested at 2:58 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 19 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 27 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:43 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was operating a black 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

• An 82 year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:40 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and issuing a bad check.
• A 62 year-old man of Burr Hill Road was arrested at 11:46 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway. He was operating a black 2000 Ford Focus ZX3.

Monday, Oct. 28
• A 28 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal trespass in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 37 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop in which he was issued a misdemeanor summons at operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 32 year-old man of Old Post Road in Northford was arrested at 8:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 22 year-old Watertown man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:02 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart following a motor vehicle crash. He was operating a gray 2005 Ford Freestyle.

• A 32 year-old North Haven woman was arrested at 3:56 p.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
Friday, Nov. 1
• A 48 year-old man of Branford Road was arrested at 10:24 p.m. and charged with threatening.
Saturday, Nov. 2
• A 20 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 4:37 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, and failure to carry a driver’s license.
• A 20 year-old North Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:18 a.m. for speeding, excessive or unusual noise from the exhaust, and having an obstructed view through the windshield. He was operating a white 2014 Mercedes-Benz C350.
• A 41 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:13 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. She was operating a gray 2000 Honda CR-V LX.
