Police Incident Report for Oct. 15 to Oct 22


The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

• A 38 year-old Torrington man was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree and larceny in the fifth degree.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

No arrests were made.

Thursday, Oct. 17

• A 51 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 48 year-old East Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:35 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Friday, Oct. 18

• A 24 year-old woman of Kimberly Circle was arrested at 6:30 a.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree.

Saturday, Oct. 19

No arrests were made.

Sunday, Oct. 20

No arrests were made.

• A 23 year-old man of Bradley Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:34 p.m. for falsifying a marker plate or license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to carry a driver’s license.

• A 20 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:19 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

Monday, Oct. 21

• A 31 year-old woman of Revere Road was arrested at 4:35 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• An 18 year-old woman of Bradley Street was arrested at 7:46 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

No arrests were made.

• A 26 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:30 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.
