Wednesday, Sept. 4
• A 36 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 8 a.m. and charged with forgery in the third degree, criminal attempt to commit larceny in the second degree, and criminal attempt to commit larceny in the fourth degree.
• A 22 year-old Stratford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:56 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
• A 32 year-old man of Bassett Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:35 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 40 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:27 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Thursday, Sept. 5
• An 18 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 12:51 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
Friday, Sept. 6
No arrests were made.
• A 48 year-old woman of Kimberly Circle was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:51 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
• A 47 year-old man of Jamestown, New York was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:32 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and misuse of plate.

No arrests were made.
• A 68 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:36 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
Sunday, Sept. 8
No arrests were made.
• A 26 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:30 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to renew registration, improper use of marker plate, and improper license classification for vehicle driven.
Monday, Sept. 9
• A 27 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 10:20 p.m. and charged with robbery in the third degree and two counts of assault in the third degree.
• A 33 year-old Wallingford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:01 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
Tuesday, Sept. 10
• A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Wednesday, Sept. 11
• A 36 year-old woman of Livingston Drive was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree.
Thursday, Sept. 12
• An 18 year-old man of Fitch Street was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Saturday, Sept. 14
• A 64 year-old Cheshire man was arrested at 6:08 p.m. and charged with theft of plates.
• A 60 year-old Norwalk man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:02 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
Sunday, Sept. 15
• A 21 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
• A 48 year-old man and a 40 year-old woman of the same Park Road address were arrested at 1:29 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
• A 51 year-old woman of Village Street and a 28 year-old won of Middletown Avenue was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

Tuesday, Sept. 17
• A 34 year-old man of Fortune Drive was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Wednesday, Sept. 18
• A 54 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 3:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree. While in custody she was also charged with failure to pay or plead a citation on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Thursday, Sept. 19
• A 21 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6 a.m. and charged with robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the first degree.
• A 31 year-old man of Mill Plain Road was arrested on a warrant at 10:26 a.m. charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Friday, Sept. 20
• A 24 year-old man of Kimberly Circle was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree.
• A 29 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 25 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:53 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Saturday, Sept. 21
No arrests were made.
• A 20 year-old man of Ansonia Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:35 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury).
Sunday, Sept. 22
• A 62 year-old West Haven man and a 35 year-old East Haven woman were arrested at 10:30 a.m. in the same incident. Each party was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Monday, Sept. 23
• A 54 year-old New Haven woman and a 56 year-old Wolcott woman were arrested at 10:47 a.m. Each party was charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

Wednesday, Sept. 25
• A 25 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 8:05 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 20 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:41 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and traveling too fast for conditions.

• A 29 year-old man of Brookvale Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:42 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 26 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 31 year-old Hamden woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:26 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plate.
• A 24 year-old Hamden woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:48 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Friday, Sept. 27
• A 19 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with illegal possession, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
• A 50 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:38 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
• A 55 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:07 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Saturday, Sept. 28
• A 53 year-old man of Mansfield Road was arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Sunday, Sept. 29
• A 19 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with illegal possession, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple trespass.
• A 56 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 22 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 5 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
Monday, Sept. 30
• A 67 year-old woman of South Avenue was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
• A 43 year-old Bristol man was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 53 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:28 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to register a commercial vehicle, misuse of plate, and improper license classification for vehicle driven. In the same incident a 52 year-old Orange man was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying a marker plate, failure to carry an operator’s license, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.

• A 29 year-old man of Washington Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:58 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plates.
