• An 18 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:55 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and being an operator/owner of a motor vehicle with an out-of-state license plate for the maximum time limit.
• A 26 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:34 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to renew registration, and misuse of plate.
• A 24 year-old North Branford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:33 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate, and failure to renew registration.
Thursday, May 16
• A 60 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:13 p.m. and charged with possession with intent to sell or dispense narcotics, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plates.
• A 35 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 7 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 35 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:01 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and misuse of plate.
Friday, May 17
No arrests were made.
• A 21 year-old Hamden woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:49 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Saturday, May 18

• A 45 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:56 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and falsifying a marker plate or registration.
• A 29 year-old woman of Barton Circle was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:58 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, May 19
• A 38 year-old man of Spring Road was arrested at 3:30 a.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 23 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and risk of injury to a minor.
Monday, May 20
• A 31 year-old new Fairfield woman was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Tuesday, May 21
• A 33 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and risk of injury to a minor.
• An 18 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:12 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to resister a commercial vehicle, improper use of marker plate, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
