Wednesday, Nov. 28
• A 23 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:53 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, possession of burglar’s tools, criminal impersonation, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. While in custody, he was also charged with two counts of violation of probation. He was processed on a combined $50,000 surety bond.
• A 56 year-old man of Rowe Street was arrested at 8:03 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis.
Thursday, Nov. 29
• A 28 year-old Branford man was arrested at 5:21 p.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis, and three counts of violation of probation. He was processed on a combined $60,000 surety bond.

Saturday, Dec. 1
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:09 a.m. and charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree, two counts for criminal trespass in the third degree, two counts of larceny in the sixth degree, possession of burglar’s tools, and two counts of failure to appear in the first degree and four counts of failure to appear in the second degree on outstanding warrants. He was processed on a combined $135,000 surety bond.

Monday, Dec. 3
• A 42 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 12:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
• A 30 year-old man of Holland Road was arrested at 2:45 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
• A 48 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 8:22 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, threatening in the first degree, and unlawful restraint in the fourth degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
• A 32 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis and use of possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 25 year-old man of Russo Avenue was arrested at 3:20 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.

Friday, Dec. 7
• A 22 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 11:57 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 41 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 7:42 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
Saturday, Dec. 8
• A 61 year-old man of Church Street was arrested at 9:45 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree. In the same incident a 70 year-old woman of the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
• A 44 year-old man of Washington Avenue was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

Monday, Dec. 10
• A 35 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:21 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, possession with intent to sell (second time arrested for this offense based on a prior conviction), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to obey a stop sign. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 30 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 9:54 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. She was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 40 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 9 a.m. for using or tampering with a motor vehicle without permission.
• A 48 year-old man Short Beach Road was arrested at 1:25 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 21 year-old man of Hill Street was arrested at 4:46 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 38 year-old Groton man was arrested at 7:38 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two counts of possession of illegal weapons in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to carry an operator’s license.
Thursday, Dec. 13
• A 37 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 25 year-old woman of unrecorded address was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 34 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 5 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.
Friday, Dec. 14
• A 24 year-old woman of Kenneth Street was arrested at 7 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 59 year-old man of unrecorded address was arrested at 7:22 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Saturday, Dec. 15
• A 37 year-old woman of Pond Street was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis. In the same incident, a 29 year-old man of the same address was arrested and charged with violation of a criminal protection order, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 49 year-old man of Whalers Point was arrested at 3:24 p.m. and charged with drinking while driving, littering, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 49 year-old man of Foxon Road was arrested at 6:18 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, risk of injury to a minor, and disorderly conduct.
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
