Wednesday, Nov. 28
• A 24 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 12:20 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Thursday, Nov. 29
• A 22 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop in which she was issued a misdemeanor summons for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to have head lamps.
• A 55 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 5:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
• A 44 year-old man of Thompson Street was arrested at 5:15 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and threatening in the second degree.

• A 61 year-old Waterbury man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:25 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and misuse of plate.
• A 26 year-old Hartford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:09 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and transporting a child between the ages of 5 to 8 or between 40 and 60 pounds without a proper restraint.

• A 39 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 3:32 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to play or plead a citation.

• A 48 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and threatening in the second degree.

• A 23 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 3:06 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 32 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:23 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• An 81 year-old man of Upper State Street was issued a citation at 8:20 a.m. for allowing a dog to roam at large.

• A 28 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:21 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
From Nov. 28 to Dec. 11, North Haven police issued 10 citations for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 9 citations to motorists for traveling unreasonably fast, 7 citations for failure to obey a control signal, 6 citations for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, 6 citations for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and 2 citations for failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat. One citation was issued for each of the following: failure to carry proof of insurance, using a hand-held cell phone while driving, violation of requirements to have readable license plates, failure to grant right of way, failure to signal a turn, improper passing, unsafe movement from a stopped or standing position, speeding, and passing on the right.
