Wednesday, Oct. 17
• A 24 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• An 18 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 10:49 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 20 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 10:49 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
• A 19 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 7:15 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and unlawful restraint in the second degree.
• A 47 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:46 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance or misuse of plate.

• A 31 year-old man of South Avenue was arrested at 11:14 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, violation of a protective order, and use of a motor vehicle without permission.
• A 36 year-old man of Bronx, New York was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with extradition.
• A 26 year-old New Haven was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:53 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to register a commercial vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Saturday, Oct. 20
• A 19 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 1:20 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 42 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 10:35 a.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 41 year-old new Haven man was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree.
• A 41 year-old Shelton woman was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 32 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 9:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, reckless driving, evading responsibility in the operation if a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), improper use of marker plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and illegal possession of property.
Saturday, Nov. 3
• An 18 year-old man of Windsor Road East was arrested at 9:18 p.m. and charged with illegal possession of property.
• A 47 year-old woman of Rimmon Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:20 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe backing.

• A 24 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:30 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to register a commercial vehicle, and falsifying marker plate, driver’s license, or registration.
