The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, Oct. 24

No arrests were made.

Thursday, Oct. 25

• A 48 year-old man Portland man was arrested at 8:10 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

Friday, Oct. 26

No arrests were made.

Saturday, Oct. 27

• A 19 year-old man of Cedar Court was arrested at 12:02 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $2,500 bond.

Sunday, Oct. 28

• A 50 year-old man of Hunt Lane was arrested at 9:58 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 33 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 10:25 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, assault on a person aged 60 or older or who is pregnant or handicapped, and three counts of assault in the third degree. He was processed on a $20,000 surety bond.

• A 32 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 8:26 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

Monday, Oct. 29

• A 26 year-old man of Short Beach Road was arrested at 8:52 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

• A 21 year-old man of Main Street was arrested on warrants at 5:30 p.m. charging him with failure to appear in the first degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $17,500 surety bond.

• A 45 year-old woman of Coe Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:35 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

• A 55 year-old man of Mill Rock Road was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis following an investigation on East Frontage Road.

• A 57 year-old woman of Bradley Street was arrested at 8:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 24 year-old homeless man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on and warrant charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was process on a combined $30,000 surety bond.

Thursday, Nov. 1

• A 29 year-old woman of Montoya Drive was arrested at 7:42 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree

Friday, Nov. 2

• A 32 year-old Milford woman was arrested at 12:30 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree at 430 Boston Post Road.

• A 53 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card.

• A 38 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 10:52 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of greater than one-half once of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 28 year-old woman of a Gerrish Avenue was charged with use or possession of cannabis.

• A 36 year-old man of Summit Avenue was arrested at 12:41 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 32 year-old Milford man was arrested at 4:24 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.

Saturday, Nov. 3

• A 37 year-old man of David Drive was arrested at 12:35 a.m. in front of 863 North High Street and charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.

• A 20 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 2:46 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 37 year-old man of David Drive (the same man above arrested at 12:35 a.m.) was arrested again at 12:30 p.m. and charged with criminal trover in the second degree following an investigation at 562 Strong Street.

• A 52 year-old man of Fairview Avenue was arrested at 6:26 p.m. and charged with drinking while driving, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sunday, Nov. 4

• A 57 year-old man of Morgan Avenue was arrested at 9:05 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 19 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 11:25 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 28 year-old New York man was arrested at 11:51 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, violation of a protective order, and assault in the third degree following an investigation at 30 East Frontage Road.

Monday, Nov. 5

• An 18 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 12:25 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

• A 55 year-old man of Foxon Road was arrested at 5:17 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

• A 30 year-old Branford man was arrested at 5:43 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 50 year-old man of Gerrish Avenue was arrested at 4:36 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 54 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 9:06 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle with an ignition device as required under court order for a prior DUI conviction, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
