Wednesday, Sept. 5
• A 50 year-old New Haven man and a 30 year-old Prospect man were arrested at 1:48 p.m. Each man was charged with criminal attempt to commit robbery in the second degree and conspiracy to commit robbery in the second degree. Each man was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.
Thursday, Sept. 6
• A 32 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 2:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 28 year-old man of Messina Drive was arrested at 11:23 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 49 year-old Branford man was arrested at 5:40 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 33 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 10:15 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.
Friday, Sept. 7
• A 30 year-old woman of Angela Drive was arrested at 12:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 29 year-old man of Short Beach Road was arrested at 4:40 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 24 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 11:06 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree following an investigation the 100 block of Silver Sands Road.
Saturday, Sept. 8
• A 21 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:20 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display light, larceny in the third degree, criminal trover in the first degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
Sunday, Sept. 9
• A 41 year-old North Haven man was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree.
Monday, Sept. 10
• A 19 year-old New Haven man was arrested at midnight and charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, larceny in the third degree, criminal trover in the first degree, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
• A 27 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the first degree. She was processed on a $30,000 surety bond.
• A 37 year-old woman of Nicesca Drive was arrested at 10:31 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, larceny in the sixth degree, credit card theft, and violation of a standing protective order.
Tuesday, Sept. 11
• A 23 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:54 p.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics, possession of cannabis, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and having tinted glass without DMV approval.
• A 49 year-old man of Whalers Point was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with possession of great than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, and failure to display plates.
Wednesday, Sept. 12
• A 32 year-old woman of South End Road was arrested at 8:44 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:53 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to carry registration of insurance card, improper use of marker plate, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 19 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 3:25 p.m. and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Sept. 13
• A 30 year-old man of John Street was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a combined $17,500 surety bond.
• A 32 year-old Branford man was arrested at 9:59 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis following a motor vehicle stop in front of 370 Hemingway Avenue.
Friday, Sept. 14
No arrests were made.
Saturday, Sept. 15
• A 37 year-old man of Pineview Drive was arrested at 2:05 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.
Sunday, Sept. 16
• A 26 year-old man and a 26 year-old man of the same Dell Drive residence were arrested at 9:27 p.m. Each man was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. Each man was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
Monday, Sept. 17
• A 26 year-old North Branford woman was arrested at 2:53 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety officer, and disorderly conduct. She was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
• A 47 year-old man of Russo Avenue was arrested at 2:53 a.m. and charged with assault on a public safety officer, breach of peace in the second degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a $100,000 surety bond.
• A 30 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 3:08 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 28 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:31 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture or sale of narcotics, improper use of marker plate, failure to display plates, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. In the same incident a 23 year-old woman of the same New Haven residence was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal manufacture or distribution of narcotics. Each party was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 32 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and failure to display lights.
