Police Incident Report for June 14 to July 3


The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Clinton

Thursday, June 14

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 2 Old Mill Road at 10:52 a.m. Items and several thousand dollars were allegedly stolen by a caregiver.

• A bullying incident of one student against another was investigated at 1:28 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Heritage Circle at 10:48 p.m.

Friday, June 15

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 2:22 p.m. Four teenage females stole $60 to $70 worth of undergarments from Aeropostal.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Circle Drive at 4:08 p.m.

Saturday, June 16

• A 25 year-old man of High Street was arrested at 2:34 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance card, and having the improper number of headlamps following a motor vehicle stop on John Street.

• A 25 year-old woman of Jefferson Circle was arrested at 12:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle.

• A larceny was investigated at 13 Pallenberg Drive at 2:29 p.m. A weed whacker was stolen from the yard between 7 p.m. the evening before and sunrise.

Sunday, June 17

• A 46 year-old Bristol man was arrested at 5:20 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and unlawful restraint in the second degree following an incident on Stanton Road.

Monday, June 18

• A 20 year-old Ansonia man was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit.

• A bullying case involving a physical alternation was investigated among 5th grade students at 3:40 p.m. One student was suspended for the rest of the school year.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated at 84 Ironworks Road at 4:41 p.m.

Tuesday, June 19

• A 23 year-old man of Lionel Avenue was arrested at 9:18 a.m. and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree.

• A 30 year-old man of Killingworth Turnpike was arrested at 11:05 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree on a person age 60 or older or who is pregnant for handicapped, threatening in the second degree, and three counts of strangulation in the second degree.

Wednesday, June 20

• A 26 year-old man of Cedar Island Avenue was arrested at 5:40 a.m. and charged with violation of probation.

• A 43 year-old woman and a 32 year-old woman, both of Brooklyn, New York, were arrested at 5:40 p.m. Each party was charged with larceny in the third degree, illegal possession of a shoplifting device, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, organized retail theft of less than $10,000, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree following an investigation regarding shoplifting at 20 Killingworth Turnpike.

Thursday, June 21

No arrests were made.

• Harassment was investigated on Sols point Road at 1:28 p.m. A complainant reported that his neighbors are displeased with how his visitors park on the street.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 2:19 p.m. Two males in their 20s shoplifted items. They drove off in a dark-colored Nissan bearing New York plates.

• A burglary was investigated at 35 Founders Village at 4:56 p.m. The incident was found not to be a burglary but a case of masking tape that became loose around a door frame due to the hot weather, which made it look like someone had tried to gain entry.

Friday, June 22

• A 47 year-old Naugatuck man was arrested at 12:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) following an investigation on River Street.

• A 36 year-old woman of Queens, New York was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree and possession of a shoplifting device following a shoplifting investigation on Killingworth Turnpike. The women were followed by the complainant until police arrived and took them into custody.

• The untimely death of a 30 year-old man was investigated on Cow Hill Road at 11:25 a.m. His mother reported his death as a possible overdose.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 19 East Main Street at 7:40 p.m. Two bottles of vodka were stolen by two men who left the scene in a silver or tan Mercedes four-door sedan. The caller was unable to record the license plate or direction the vehicle was headed.

Saturday, June 23

No arrests were made.

• A 26 year-old Stamford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:57 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.

• A domestic dispute between a mother and adult son was investigated on Cedar Island Avenue at 10:26 a.m.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 3:26 p.m. Two men shoplifted while two other individuals they were with paid for their merchandise.

• A larceny involving identity theft was investigated at 4 Liberty Lane at 5:32 p.m.

Sunday, June 24

• A 40 year-old Milford man was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace in the second degree, and assault in the third degree following an investigation on Pratt Road.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 215 East Main Street at 3:14 p.m. Police determined that the scratch on the complainant’s vehicle was due to a shopping cart and not done intentionally.

Monday, June 25

No arrests were made.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 8:58 p.m. A woman grabbed merchandise and ran.

Tuesday, June 26

• A 40 year-old Old Saybrook woman was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 37 year-old man of William Street was arrested at 6 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• Harassment was investigated at Chip’s Pub III, 24 West Main Street at 9:27 a.m. A female employee’s ex-boyfriend’s current girlfriend reportedly came into the restaurant to show the complainant a text messages that she did not want to see. The unwanted woman, a resident of Country Way in Madison, became loud and disruptive. She was removed from the property by order of the manager. Police informed the unwanted woman that she will face criminal harassment charges if she shows up at the restaurant again or makes any contact with the complainant.

Wednesday, June 27

• A 21 year-old man of West Main Street was arrested at 8:01 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, credit card theft, and credit card forgery, and failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A 20 year-old Waterford man was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at 20 Killingworth Turnpike.

Thursday, June 28

• A 37 year-old New London woman was arrested at 8:30 a.m. and charged with violation of probation.

• A larceny was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 3:09 p.m. A purse was stolen from a customer while she was shopping at the Abercrombie & Fitch store. The store did not have surveillance footage of the incident.

• A second larceny was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 3:42 p.m. A male and female couple shoplifted items and headed to J. Crew. The man was wearing a red shirt and a plaid baseball cap. The woman was wearing a white Calvin Klein shirt, carried a black purse, and had red hair.

• A larceny was investigated at 215 East Main Street at 4:20 p.m. An elderly female believed that her wallet was stolen while she was shopping. If was returned to her after someone found it.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 200 block of Killingworth Turnpike.

Friday, June 29

• A 61 year-old man of Killingworth Turnpike was arrested at 4:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety officer, disorderly conduct, and reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop on Evergreen Springs Park. The accused yelled and cursed at maintenance staff who were painting speed bumps in the park. The accused got into his 1986 Mercury Cougar and “burned rubber” onto the freshly applied paint. He was located by police and failed a standardized field sobriety test.

• A 44 year-old Madison woman was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).

• The theft of a 2010 gray Silverado 1500 extended cab pick-up truck was investigated at 15 Neck Road at 1:08 a.m. A caller reported an active motor vehicle theft by two males. The truck was later recovered in Bridgeport.

• A larceny was investigated on Vine Road at 7:17 a.m. A vehicle was broken into and money and credit cards taken.

• A larceny was investigated at 5 Longate Road at 8:46 a.m. A complainant believed that a person was trying to rent her house under an assumed name.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle was investigated at 24 Indian Drive at 10:48 a.m.

Saturday, June 30

• A 30 year-old man of Cow Hill Road was arrested at 12:45 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, evading responsibility in operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to renew registration.

• A 55 year-old man of Meadowview Extension was arrested at 7:54 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to obey a control signal following a motor vehicle crash on Glenwood Road.

• A larceny was investigated at 9 Hide-A-Way at 2:23 p.m. A skil saw and drill were stolen. There was no sign of forced entry. The door was left unlocked. There were no known suspects.

Sunday, July 1

• A 23 year-old man of Pepperbush Drive was arrested at 2:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Kelseytown Bridge.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at Stop & Shop, 215 East Main Street, at 8:44 p.m. A white male with a beard and hair hanging below his ears, and a skinny white female, stole 16 six-packs of candy valued at $7 to $8 a piece. Store personnel recovered the candy from the couple as they were exiting through the vestibule. The couple ran to a white Kia four-door sedan and sped away. The vehicle was last seen turning left onto Boston Post Road. Police were unable to locate the suspect vehicle.

Tuesday, July 3

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 4:40 p.m. A white female in her late 30s with brown hair and wearing a red T-shirt, khaki shorts, and black and white sneakers stole a pair of $150 Oakley sunglasses. She fled toward the lower level of the shopping complex.

• Illegal dumping was investigated on Nod Place at 4:48 p.m.

Westbrook

Thursday, June 14

• A 38 year-old Deep River man was arrested at 1:41 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. The accused asleep behind the wheel of a BMW I8 for 20 minutes at the gas pumps of JoJo’s Fuel & Food Mart. He woke up, drove away, and was stopped by troopers for erratic driving. He failed a standardized field sobriety test.

• A 35 year-old New London man was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree following an incident at a bar.

Friday, June 15

• A 32 year-old man of Dorchester, Massachusetts was arrested at 4:15 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 30 year-old Deep River man was arrested at 4:38 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, having a defective windshield, and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis. Subsequent investigation found that the accused was in possession of two bags of powder cocaine.

• A 29 year-old Old Lyme woman was arrested at 9:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Saturday, June 16

• A 66 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 8:08 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of a dog without a permit and 13 counts of cruelty to animals. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

• A 24 year-old Newington woman was arrested at 6:39 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, breach of peace in the second degree, and assault in the third degree.

Sunday, June 17

• A 54 year-old Haddam man was arrested at 2:08 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive upon the right. He was stopped for erratic operation of a motor vehicle and then consented to and failed a standardized field sobriety test.

Monday, June 18

• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:48 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was operating a blue Chevrolet S10 pick-up truck erratically when stopped. He consented to and failed a standardized field sobriety test.

Tuesday, June 19

Wednesday, June 20

• A 23 year-old Bristol woman was arrested at 4:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle with an out-of-state license for more than 30 days.

Thursday, June 21

• A 50 year-old Madison man was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

Friday, June 22

• A 25 year-old Higganum woman was arrested at 7:37 p.m. and charged with failure to keep a prescription drug in its original container and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis. The accused was found unconscious in her vehicle and was initially unresponsive to EMS personnel.

Saturday, June 23

• A 56 year-old man of Economy Drive was arrested at 12:12 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle crash on Boston Post Road in front of Water’s Edge. He was operating a 2006 Green Nissan Altima when he rolled it over onto its right side while trying to make a left turn. He had the strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath, spoke with slurred speech, failed a standardized field sobriety test.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at Cindy’s Wine and Spirits on Boston Post Road at 5:15 p.m. Two men were recorded on surveillance taking a bottle of liquor. They fled in an older white Toyota or Datsun. The complainant was not able to record the license plate.

Tuesday, June 26

• A 22 year-old man of Old Clinton Road was arrested at 9 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a $1,000 surety bond.

• A 20 year-old Manchester man was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

Wednesday, June 27

• A 28 year-old Middlefield man was arrested at 12:58 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, threatening in the second degree, unlawful restraint in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

Thursday, June 28

No arrests were made.

• A two vehicle crash was investigated at 6:17 p.m. A 55 year-old man of Pond Circle Road was operating a 1998 Toyota Corolla from a private driveway onto Route 145 southbound when he struck the right side of a 2009 Ford Focus operated by a 28 year-old Deep River man. No injuries were reported by the occupants of the vehicles and no injuries were observed by the investigating trooper. No charges were noted in the police report since the case was still under investigation at press time.

Friday, June 29

No arrests were made.

• A 48 year-old Woodbridge woman was issued a citation at 4:25 p.m. for failure to grant right of way at an intersection. She was operating a 2005 Toyota Sienna at the end of the Interstate 95 northbound exit 64 off-ramp at its intersection with Route 145. She entered southbound lane of Route 145 and collided with a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox operated by a 40 year-old Clinton woman. No injuries were reported by those involved in the crash or observed by the investigating trooper.

Saturday, June 30

• A 36 year-old Haddam woman was arrested at 7:52 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop. He agreed to and failed a standardized field sobriety test.

• A 48 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 10:07 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call.

Sunday, July 1

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated on Marvin Drive at 3:34 p.m. An Apple iPhone was taken from an unlocked vehicle that was parked outside the residence. He phone belonged to an 87 year-old Essex man. The phone was taken between 7 a.m. on June 30 and 2 p.m. on July 1. The phone was valued at $600. The case was still under investigation at press time.

• A 39 year-old Deep River woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:59 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Spencer Plains Road.

Friday, June 15

No arrests were made.

• A 22 year-old Essex man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:02 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Cottage Place.

Saturday, June 16

• A 19 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 11:53 p.m. operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and possession of alcohol by a minor following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Springbrook Road.

• A 21 year-old man of Briarcliff Trail was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:23 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and a headlight violation following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at Old Boston Post Road.

Sunday, June 17

• A 53 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 12:46 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and a tail light violation following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at Elm Street.

• A 26 year-old man of Springfield, Massachusetts was arrested at 8:38 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order under the Domestic Violence Act and possession of narcotics.

• A 19 year-old Deep River man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:51 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at Old Boston Post Road.

• A 24 year-old man of Springfield, Massachusetts was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:11 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to grant right of way at a private driveway, and failure to safely restrain a child with a safety belt following a motor vehicle crash investigation on Plum Bank Road.

Monday, June 18

• A 33 year-old Hartford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:15 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, possession of cannabis, and use or possess of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle, stop on Old Colony Road.

Tuesday, June 19

Wednesday, June 20

• A 53 year-old Berlin man was arrested at 12:13 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have tail lamps.

• A 37 year-old Haddam man was arrested at 8:56 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of narcotics, possession of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 22 year-old Newington man was arrested at 6:52 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance.

Thursday, June 21

Friday, June 22

• A 30 year-old Milford man was arrested at 2:06 p.m. and charged with criminal attempt to possess over four ounces of cannabis, criminal attempt to possess with intent to sell, criminal attempted to possession a controlled substance, and criminal attempt to possess drug paraphernalia on a warrant held by Old Saybrook police.

• A 26 year-old New Britain man was arrested at 8:20 p.m. and charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing cannabis. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 36 year-old man of Thompson Lane was arrested at 9:23 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, having a weapon in a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 50 year-old woman of Wildwood Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:34 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Route 154.

• A 37 year-old Rocky Hill man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:41 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast following a motor vehicle stop of Route 166 at the Interstate 95 off-ramp.

Monday, June 25

• A 55 year-old West Hartford man was arrested at 6:17 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and traveling unreasonably fast.

• A 59 year-old man of North Cover Road was arrested at 10:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree on a person age 60 or older under the Domestic Violence Act.

Tuesday, June 26

• A 35 year-old Rocky Hill man was arrested at 1:12 p.m. and charged with sexual assault in the fourth degree and breach of peace in the second degree on a warrant held by Old Saybrook police.

Wednesday, June 27

• A 20 year-old New London man was arrested at 12:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

Thursday, June 28

No arrests were made.

• A 21 year-old man of Briarcliff Trail was issued a citation at 2:12 a.m. for use or possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation on Route 154 at Reservoir Road.

Friday, June 29

• A 39 year-old Gales Ferry woman was arrested at 12:14 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 26 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and used or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 35 year-old New London man was arrested at 7:53 p.m. and charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and having an obstructed view through the windshield following a motor vehicle stop on Ingham Hill Road at Elm Street.

• A 46 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 7:57 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street at Ingham Hill Road.

• A 47 year-old Deep River man was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• A 59 year-old Meriden woman was arrested at 8:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street at Ingham Hill Road.

• A 51 year-old Clinton woman was arrested at 10:46 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at the Interstate 95 north ramp.

• A 48 year-old Wallingford woman was arrested at 11:48 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at the Interstate 95 north ramp.

• A 31 year-old Norwich man was issued a citation at 7:50 a.m. for creating a public disturbance at 535 Boston Post Road.

• A 23 year-old man of Nashua, New Hampshire was issued a citation at 7:40 p.m. for possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing cannabis.

Saturday, June 30

• A 16 year-old was arrested at 1:53 a.m. and charged with possession of cannabis and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing cannabis. In the same incident a second 16 year-old was issued a citation for possession of an electronic cigarette device.

• A 20 year-old Cheshire man was arrested at 1:53 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Spencer Plains Road. In the same incident a 19 year-old man and an 18 year-old Cheshire man were each issued a citation for possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 19 year-old Middletown man was issued a citation at 7:43 p.m. for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis on Boston Post Road at Lynde Street.

Sunday, July 1

No arrests were made.

• A 37 year-old man of Mill Rock Road East was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:16 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (subsequent offense) and impeding traffic with too slow a speed following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road.

• A 20 year-old West Hartford man was issued a citation at 11:40 a.m. for used or possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Middlesex Turnpike at Obed Heights Road.

Monday, July 2

• A 36 year-old man of Beach Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:47 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Summerfield Road at Mohican Road.

• A 47 year-old Windsor woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:29 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Tuesday, July 3

• A 25 year-old Old Lyme woman was arrested at 5:17 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, larceny in the second degree, and criminal mischief. She was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.

• A 36 year-old Deep River woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:38 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to display two headlights following a motor vehicle stop on King Street at West King Street.

• A 25 year-old woman of Northampton, Massachusetts was issued a citation at 12:17 p.m. for possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis following a motor vehicle stop on Springbrook Road at Boston Post Road.
