Wednesday, June 13
• A 27 year-old Milford man was arrested at 1 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Thursday, June 14
• A 51 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 11:10 a.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:47 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, illegal possession of a shoplifting device, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• A 49 year-old Westbrook woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:48 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
• A 38 year-old man of Ely Street was issued a citation at 8:44 a.m. for creating a public disturbance.
Friday, June 15
• A 47 year-old man of Waverly Road was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
• A 30 year-old man of unknown address in Branford was arrested at 11:35 p.m. and charged with walking to create a hazard, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing cannabis.
• A 40 year-old woman of a Svea Avenue apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:17 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to register a commercial vehicle.

• A 28 year-old man of First Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:04 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, June 17
• A 28 year-old man of Woodvale Road was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Monday, June 18
• A 33 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 6:39 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 25 year-old man of Florence Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:57 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
Tuesday, June 19
• A 26 year-old woman of Maple Street was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child passenger onboard, risk of injury to a minor, and failure to safely restrain a child under the age of four or under 40 pounds.
Wednesday, June 20
• A 19 year-old man of Stannard Avenue was arrested at 2:45 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and sexual assault in the second degree.
Thursday, June 21
• A 58 year-old man of Bishop Road was arrested at 6:45 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 37 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Friday, June 22
• A 23 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 11:17 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and traveling unreasonably fast.
• A 26 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.
• A 27 year-old Hamden woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:01 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
• A 33 year-old North Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:02 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.
• A 32 year-old woman of Hillside Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:51 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).

• A 44 year-old man of Foxbridge Village Road was issued a citation at 12:04 a.m. for simple trespass.
Tuesday, June 26
• A 29 year-old Cheshire man was arrested at 10:13 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
Wednesday, June 27
• A 68 year-old man of Silver Street in Branford was arrested by state police on a warrant at 2:48 p.m. charging him with four counts of violation of hazmat transportation requirements, transportation of hazardous materials, reckless endangerment in the second degree, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, violation of a motor vehicle registration requirements, and knowingly violating water pollution control requirements. On Feb. 13, the accused transported underground oil storage tanks in the back of a dump truck that he owned. The tanks leaked a hazardous oily substance onto the roadway during transport through the towns of North Branford, East Haven, and North Haven. The tanks were taken to a scrap yard in North Haven. The spillage caused a vehicle traveling in East Haven to slide off the roadway and crash. North Branford police obtained an invoice from the scrap yard indicating that the dump truck was owned by MLS Construction, a company owned by the accused. The accused was located in a motel in Guilford and taken into custody without incident.
Thursday, June 28
• A 24 year-old New London man was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.
• A 58 year-old man of Shore Drive was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
• A 34 year-old woman of Brainerd Road was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 39 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:03 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper use of marker plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 36 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:21 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Friday, June 29
• A 38 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 12:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, charging less than $500 to a revoked credit card, and making an illegal payment on a credit card.
• A 46 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:21 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
• A 63 year-old Stratford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:07 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Saturday, June 30
• A 45 year-old woman and a 23 year-old woman, both of New Haven, were arrested at 8:15 p.m. in the same incident. Each party was charged with larceny in the sixth degree for shoplifting.
• A 41 year-old woman of Green Farm Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

• A 29 year-old man of Little Bay Lane was arrested at 12:45 p.m. and charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit, and operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• A 75 year-old man of Naga City, Philippines was arrested at 7:23 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
North Branford
Wednesday, June 13

• A 50 year-old Guilford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:12 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension. He was operating a black 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude.
Thursday, June 14
• A 27 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 38 year-old Stafford Springs man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:48 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate, and failure to obey a stop sign. He was operating a red 2001 Dodge Dakota.

• An 18 year-old Stamford man was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
Wednesday, June 20
• A 25 year-old Plainville man was arrested at 12 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and forgery in the third degree.
Thursday, June 21
No arrests were made.
• A 30 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:52 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was operating a black 2001 Dodge Neon.
Friday, June 22
• A 23 year-old man of Acorn Lane in Northford was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, assault in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Saturday, June 23 to Monday, June 25
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, June 26
• A 56 year-old man and a 61 year-old woman of the same Gulf Brook Drive residence were arrested at 11 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Wednesday, June 27
• A 38 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 62 year-old man of Altiere Road was arrested at 2:46 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
