• A 42 year-old Ansonia man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:03 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plate.

• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:29 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 22 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 9:02 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.

• A 55 year-old man of St. John Street was arrested at 8:12 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 23 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:22 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 30 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:09 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cannabis.
• A 20 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:13 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• An 18 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3:30 a.m. and charged with possession of a weapon on school grounds.
• A 25 year-old woman and two 25 year-old men of the same New Britain address were arrested at 4:07 p.m. Each party was charged with identity theft in the third degree, forgery in the third degree, conspiracy to commit identity theft/forgery, and two counts of credit card payment theft.
