Police Incident Report for March 28 to May 1


The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Clinton

Wednesday, March 28

• A 20 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, speeding, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and having the improper number of headlamps.

Thursday, March 29

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 170 East Main Street at 6:04 p.m.

Friday, March 30

No arrests were made.

• A 31 year-old Westbrook man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:45 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Old Post Road at Founders Road.

• A larceny was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 3:57 p.m. Two women dressed in all black stole shoes.

• A larceny was investigated at 5 Ninety Rod Road at 5:15 p.m. Computers and other items were stolen from the residence.

Saturday, March 31

• A 21 year-old man of Buena Vista Road was arrested at 2:44 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive upon the right following a motor vehicle stop on Hurd Bridge Road.

• A 31 year-old Hartford woman was arrested at 1:10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, risk of injury to a minor, and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis. A woman allegedly placed store product in her bag in an attempt to avoid paying. The theft occurred at 623 Route 148.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 75 Old Post Road at 8:50 a.m. A female complainant reported that someone drove over a number of graves at a cemetery. Officers could not find any criminal mischief. Officers believed that tire impressions were caused by workers who removed a tree. Police said they would follow up with the cemetery grounds keeper to verify.

• A larceny was investigated on High Street at 6:57 p.m. A caller reported that two teenagers were walking southbound on Boston Post Road and that one of them was holding a pole with numerous attached street signs. The caller believed the teens took the sign pole from the Interstate 96 exit 93 area.

Sunday, April 1

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 1 Woodcock Lane at 5:23 a.m. A caller reported that she went outside and found that her vehicle doors were open, the interior vehicle lights were on, and her glove box door was left open. She could also see that a neighbor’s vehicle was left in the same condition as hers.

• The theft of a 2002 BMW 325X and a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta were investigated at 11 Spencer Court at 7:29 p.m. Someone stole both vehicles during the overnight hours. The owners had left the vehicles unlocked and the ignition keys on the floor of both vehicles.

Monday, April 2

• A 37 year-old man of East Main Street was arrested at 11:45 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, assault in the third degree, unlawful restraint in the first degree, two counts of strangulation in the second degree, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

• A 37 year-old man of Shore Road was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use or possession drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.

Tuesday, April 3

Wednesday, April 4

• Three New Haven men (ages 29, 38, and 48) were arrested at 5:25 p.m. Each party was charged with larceny in the fifth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree, possession of drugs with intent to sell, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. The 29 year-old man’s occupation was listed a cashier, the 38 year-old man’s as porter, and the 49 year-old man’s as prep cook. The theft occurred at 20 Killingworth Turnpike

Thursday, April 5

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 11 Whitewood Road at 6:15 p.m. A complaint about possible fraud via a misused social security number was reported.

Friday, April 6

• A 58 year-old man of Ark Road was arrested at 10:15 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 42 year-old woman of Corona, New York was arrested at 6:25 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Spencer Court at 9:24 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 100 block of Airline Road at 12:35 p.m.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 4:28 p.m. Four handbags were stolen. The incident was captured on surveillance recordings.

Saturday, April 7

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated at 90 West Main Street at 1:23 p.m. A complainant reported that his wallet was taken off the change machine in the laundry mat. Witnesses who saw the theft said the culprits were two Hispanic males between the ages of 40 to 50. The were last seen leaving the business and getting into a white vehicle.

• A larceny was investigated at 80 Founders Village at 3:35 p.m. The complainant reported that more than $1,000 in fraudulent charges were made to his debit card.

Sunday, April 8

• A 27 year-old man of Beach Park Road was arrested at 7:05 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

• A 23 year-old man of Cedar Road was arrested at 7:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 50 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.

• Threatening was investigated on the 100 block of Beach Park Road at 6:57 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Cedar Road at 7:01 a.m.

Monday, April 9

• A 62 year-old man of Baxter Road was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. In the same incident a 26 year-old man of the same address was charged with disorderly conduct and illegal possession of exploding fireworks.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 100 Waterside Lane at 8:38 a.m. The bench at the point that overlooks the march was vandalized.

• Threatening was investigated on the 100 block of West Main Street at 11:23 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Baxter Road at 8 p.m.

• A larceny was investigated at 15 Beach Park Road at 8:16 a.m.

Wednesday, April 11

• A 39 year-old New Britain man was arrested at 4:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident at 20 Killingworth Turnpike.

• A 34 year-old Manchester man was arrested at 9:14 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

Thursday, April 12

• A 38 year-old man of Glennwood Road was arrested at 12:45 p.m. and charged with arson in the third degree.

• A 58 year-old man of Shore Road was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with three counts of violation of probation.

• A 28 year-old man of Lochbourne Drive was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and failure to obey a stop sign.

Tuesday, April 17

• A 49 year-old man of Killingworth Turnpike was arrested at 10:42 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

• A 54 year-old woman of Fairy Dell Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

Wednesday, April 18

• A 65 year-old man of Brickyard Road was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to obey a stop sign following a motor vehicle stop on Brickyard Road at Valley Road.

• The theft of a motor vehicle was investigated at 18 Stony Point Road at 10:02 a.m. The incident involved a complaint about non-payment of the second half of the money owed for the purchase of a used truck.

• A neighbor dispute was investigated on Old Mill Road at 11:01 a.m.

• Harassment via phone texting was investigated on the 100 block of West Main Street at 2:20 p.m.

• A larceny involving the passing of a bad check was investigated at 281 Killingworth Turnpike at 2:48 p.m.

Thursday, April 19

• A 26 year-old man of Baxter Drive was arrested at 6:53 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree on a person age 60 or older of who is handicapped or pregnant.

Friday, April 20 to Saturday, April 21

No arrests were made.

Sunday, April 22

• A 31 year-old Hartford woman was arrested at 6:25 p.m. and charged with two counts of leaving a child under the age of 12 unsupervised at 20 Killingworth Turnpike. Occupation: branch manager.

Tuesday, April 24

• A 22 year-old man of East Main Street was arrested at 10:35 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, April 25

• A 56 year-old woman of James Vincent Drive was arrested at 12:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop at 20 Killingworth Turnpike (in the parking lot).

• A 32 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:03 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a control signal.

Thursday, April 26

• A possible overdose was reported on Carter Hill Road at 8:06 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated at 8 Martin Drive at 9:58 a.m.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 6:37 p.m. A female and male stole shoplifted five pairs of glasses.

• A shoplifting incident at Tommy Hilfiger was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 8:14 p.m. A woman with black hair pulled into a pony tail stole a white shirt from the women’s clothing section of the store.

• An 18 year-old man of Liberty Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plate.

• A larceny involving the purchase of a vehicle was investigated at 115 High Street at 5:33 p.m.

• Harassment was investigated on East Main Street at 9:42 p.m. The complainant reported belligerent and harassing text messages from a former roommate.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 2:41 p.m. A juvenile stole a white jacket valued of $99 from Tommy Hilfiger.

Monday, April 30

• A 50 year-old man of Stanton Road was arrested at 5:05 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and assault in the third degree.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 20 Killingworth Turnpike at 3:05 p.m. A woman stole a white sweater valued at $85 from an unidentified store.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Stanton Road at 5:09 p.m.

Tuesday, May 1

No arrests were made.

• A burglary was investigated at 9 North High Street at 7:30 a.m. A glass door on the backside of Davis Pools was smashed. Approximately $60 to $70 in cash was stolen from inside the business. Nothing else was missing.

• A larceny was investigated at 18 Stony Point Road at 1:22 p.m. A boat on a trailer was left abandoned after the outboard motor and other items from inside the boat were stripped off the boat. The value of the stolen items totaled approximately $12,000.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 215 East Main Street at 7:46 p.m. A complaint reported that his vehicle was keyed while it was parked at Stop & Shop between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

Thursday, March 29

• A 40 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 1:47 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop for erratic driving.

Friday, March 30

• A 31 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:59 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop for erratic driving.

• A 56 year-old Waterford woman was arrested at 2:51 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed, disobeying the signal of an officer, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop for erratic driving.

Saturday, March 31

• A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:16 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop for erratic driving.

Sunday, April 1

• A 27 year-old Higganum woman was arrested at 3:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to renew registration, and failure to drive upon the right following a motor vehicle stop on Old Clinton Road.

• A 36 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 6:12 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, strangulation in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond. The alleged victim was 36 year-old domestic partner of unspecified gender.

• A 27 year-old Higganum woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:26 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to drive upon the right, and failure to renew registration. He was operating a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt eastbound on Old Clinton Road when he crossed into the oncoming lane, went over the curb of the opposite lane, and struck a mailbox before driving away.

Monday, April 2

• A 27 year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on warrants charging her with two counts failure to appear in the second degree after she was stopped and charged with reckless driving.

• A 38 year-old man of Linden, New Jersey was issued a issued a citation at 4:42 p.m. for failure to drive right. He was operating a 1998 Freightliner flatbed tractor trailer northbound on Pond Meadow Road when he ran over a yellow fire hydrant then continued into the industrial park. The damaged fire hydrant was taken off-line by the Connecticut Water Authority until it could be replaced at a later date. There was no loss of water or interruption of water service.

Tuesday, April 3

• A 34 year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 11:16 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree. She was processed on a $7,500 surety bond.

Wednesday, April 4

• A 57 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the first degree following an investigation into an apartment break-in. He was process on a $150,000 surety bond.

Thursday, April 5

• An 18 year-old Middlefield man was arrested at 1:43 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and possession of liquor by a minor.

Friday, April 6

• A 53 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 1:56 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Horse Hill Road for erratic driving.

• A 24 year-old man of Johnson Pond Lane was arrested at 4:04 p.m. and charged with extradition on a warrant issued by authorities in Panama City, Florida. He was processed and held on a $1 million surety bond.

• A larceny of $2,781.79 from a local business via an employee who allegedly utilized the company’s line of credit to make purchases from a supply store without the owner’s permission.

• A 40 year-old Higganum woman was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

Monday, April 9

• A 34 year-old Plantsville woman was arrested at 11:02 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

Tuesday, April 10

• A 30 year-old Haddam woman was arrested at 11:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Wednesday, April 11

• A 54 year-old Old Lyme woman was arrested at 6:33 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Thursday, April 12

• A 23 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 2:54 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

• A two-vehicle crash was investigated on Boston Post Road at 7:11 a.m. A vehicle was struck while attempting to turn left at the intersection of Old Clinton Road and Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported or observed and no enforcement action was indicated in the police press report.

Friday, April 13

• A 29 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 6:35 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to renew registration, improper use of marker plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor while under license or registration suspension, and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Saturday, April 14

• A 35 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 9:41 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe passing.

• A 45 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 10:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was stopped following several 911 calls from motorists reporting a blue Jeep Cherokee bearing CT registration plate AN63160 was being operated in an extremely erratic manner. Troopers stopped the vehicle and the driver failed a standardized field sobriety test.

Monday, April 16

• A 32 year-old man of Waldron Drive was arrested at 8:11 a.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 36 year-old man of Wangum Road was arrested at 5:38 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 36 year-old man of Columbia, Maryland was issued a citation at 10:29 a.m. for failure to drive right. He was operating a 1991 Acura Legend LS eastbound on East Pond Meadow Road when he was unable to negotiate a curve, entered the eastbound lane, and struck several large rocks and a mailbox in front of #1156. The vehicle came to a rest on the driver’s side next to a pine tree. No injuries were reported or observed.

Wednesday, April 18

• A 37 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 5:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, strangulation in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

Friday, April 20

• A 37 year-old man of Gales Ferry was arrested at 10:45 a.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant, failure to pay or plead a citation, and violation of probation.

• A 43 year-old Rockfall man was arrested at 11:54 a.m. and charged with extradition.

Sunday, April 22

• A 25 year-old Middlefield man was arrested at 11:43 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.

• A 21 year-old Moodus woman was issued a citation at 3:39 p.m. for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. She was operating a 2014 Subaru Impreza northbound of West Pond Meadow Road just prior to Dennison Road when she veered into the southbound lane and collided with a 2005 Honda Pilot operated by an 82 year-old man of Dennison Road. No injuries were reported or observed.

Monday, April 23

• A 49 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 9:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 33 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 10:42 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and unsafe backing.

Tuesday, April 24

No arrests were made.

• A 27 year-old Middletown man was issued a citation at 2:16 p.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart. He was operating a 2017 Nissan Rogue northbound on Route 153 when he struck the rear of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited operated by a 70 year-old West Hartford man who was stopped at the traffic light at the Interstate 95 junction. No injuries were reported or observed.

Wednesday, April 25

• A 53 year-old man of Monponsett, Massachusetts was arrested at 3:45 p.m. and charged with extradition (no warrant). He was also charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, criminal mischief in the first degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety or EMS professional, and reckless endangerment in the first degree. He was taken into custody following a tractor trailer pursuit after Old Saybrook police became involved with the FBI in locating and apprehending this wanted fugitive from justice. The accused rammed a police vehicle during the pursuit. Madison police also assisted. He was processed and held in lieu of a $500,000 surety bond.

Friday, April 27

• A 35 year-old Durham man was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the sixth degree.

• An 18 year-old woman of Mink Rock Road was arrested at 7:02 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree following an investigation on Essex Road.

• A 19 year-old man of Kingfisher Lane was arrested at 7:10 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

Sunday, April 29

• A 40 year-old man of Norris Avenue was arrested at 10:20 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and interfering with a 911 emergency call. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 63 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 10:23 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, cruelty to animals, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, interfering with a 911 emergency call, assault in the third degree, and two counts of disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $40,000 surety bond.

• An 18 year-old man of Mink Rock Circle was arrested at 4:32 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.

Wednesday, March 28

• A 20 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:41 a.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit, speeding, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, misuse of marker plate, failure to have headlamps, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Schoolhouse Road.

• A 64 year-old man of Maple Avenue was arrested at 5:03 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey traffic.

• A 17 year-old was arrested at 6:49 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and risk of injury to a minor.

• A 27 year-old New Britain woman was arrested at 8:27 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and stalking in the third degree under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 34 year-old woman of Blueberry Lane was arrested at 11:26 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

Thursday, March 29

• A 40 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 4:46 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed and held in lieu of a $200,000 surety bond.

Friday, March 30

No arrests were made.

• Two 17 year-olds were issued citations at 12:21 a.m. Each party was charged with possession of tobacco by a minor on Boston Post Road. One of the youths was also charged with possession of a vaping product.

• A 37 year-old man of Rock Road East was issued a citation at 7:09 p.m. for possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Boston Post Road at Trask Road.

Saturday, March 31

• A 39 year-old homeless woman was arrested at 1:51 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 22 year-old man of Uncas Road was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (second time arrested for this offense on a prior conviction), operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and traveling unreasonably fast.

Sunday, April 1

• A 37 year-old Colchester man was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a stop sign.

• A 23 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 3:28 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• A 53 year-old woman of North Main Street was arrested at 11:37 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and violation of a protective order.

• A 59 year-old Bridgeport man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:08 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plates following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Spencer Plains Road.

• A 53 year-old man of Monoponsett, Massachusetts was arrested at 3:32 p.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit, traveling too fast for conditions, failure to use turn signals, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was processed on a $10,000 non-surety bond and turned over to Connecticut state police and the FBI for processing on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

• A 23 year-old woman of Saltaire Drive was arrested at 12:37 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display headlamps, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Atlantic Seafood.

• A 48 year-old East Haddam man was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 62 year-old woman of Sunrise Avenue was arrested at 1:31 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 60 year-old man of Middletown Avenue was arrested at 8:22 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree on a warrant held by Old Saybrook police. He was processed and released after posting a $5,000 surety bond.

• A 34 year-old homeless man was arrested at 4:51 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, possession of narcotics, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held until he could be turned over to Amtrak police.
