Wednesday, March 14
• A 28 year-old Southington man was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 76 year-old man of Kenneth Street was arrested at 12 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 54 year-old woman of Henry Street was arrested at 4:23 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, operating a motor vehicle with a child under the age of 18 without a proper passenger restraint, transporting a child age 5 to 8 or between 40 and 60 pounds without a proper restraint, failure to carry insurance card, failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart, and operating a motor vehicle with a driver’s license following a motor vehicle stop on Hemingway avenue at Richmond Street. She was processed on a $5,000 bond.
• A 29 year-old man of Brennan Street was arrested at 5:23 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.
Thursday, March 15
• A 53 year-old North Branford woman was arrested at 12:41 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 35 year-old woman of South End Road was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance, and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant. She was arrested at Stop & Shop.
• A 30 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 28 year-old woman of Brooklyn, New York was arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with larceny in the larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
Friday, March 16
• A 39 year-old man of unrecorded address was arrested at 5:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Saturday, March 17
• A 28 year-old woman of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 5:51 p.m. and charged with manslaughter in the second degree. She was processed on an $250,000 surety bond.
• A 46 year-old woman of Silver Sands Road was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Silver Sands Road at Coe Avenue.
Sunday, March 18
• A 55 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 3:07 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on River Road at Rock Road.
• A 31 year-old Meriden woman was arrested at 9:36 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and violation of a protective order.
• A 35 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:56 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of greater than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance.
Monday, March 19
• A 63 year-old woman of arrested at 8:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, March 20
• A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 44 year-old woman and a 42 year-old man of the same River Road resident were arrested at 12:58 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
• A 63 year-old woman of Nicholas Drive was arrested at 2:29 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order.
• A 53 year-old man and a 54 year-old woman of the same Cosey Beach Road residence were arrested at 10:05 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 32 year-old woman of Warwick Lane was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on a warrant charging her with evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and failure to grant right of way at an intersection following a motor vehicle crash in which the accused fled the scene.
• A 39 year-old man of Oregon Avenue was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $250,000 surety bond.
• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Friday, March 23
• A 31 year-old man of Foote Road was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation. He was also issued a citation for use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance.
• A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 29 year-old Meriden man was arrested at 7:05 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal violation of a restraining order. He was processed on a combined $25,000 surety bond.
• A 28 year-old man of Pond Street was arrested at 11:48 p.m. and charged with drinking while driving, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of a cannabis-type substance, possession with intent to sell, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry registration or insurance card, and having tinted glass without DMV approval. He was processed on a $25,000 surety bond.
• A 33 year-old man of Coe Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:24 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper use of marker plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 21 year-old man of Hellstrom Road was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 48 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 10:40 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 23 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, and breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 31 year-old Stratford woman was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree, possession of greater than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sunday, March 25
• A 20 year-old woman of Green Garden Court was arrested at 9:48 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, criminal mischief in the second degree, robbery in the third degree, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, assault in the third degree on a person age 60 or older or who is handicapped or pregnant, threatening in the second degree, and strangulation in the third degree.

• A 38 year-old woman of George Street was arrested at 12:20 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of released in the second degree.
• A 42 year-old Broad Brook woman was arrested at 3:55 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order.
• A 29 year-old man of Gerrish Avenue was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• An 18 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with six counts of breach of peace in the second degree, six counts of threatening in the first degree, six counts of reckless endangerment in the first degree, carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of a cannabis-type substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed on a $200,000 surety bond.
Tuesday, March 27
• A 43 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 2:40 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 40 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 4:24 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
Wednesday, March 28
• A 34 year-old woman of Redwood Drive was arrested at 9:45 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree. She was processed on a $1,500 bond.
Thursday, March 29
• A 41 year-old man and a 46 year-old man of the same Hemingway Avenue residence were arrested at 10:28 p.m. Each man was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. The 41 year-old was also charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of conditions of released in the second degree.
Friday, March 30
• A 31 year-old man of French Avenue was arrested at 9:20 a.m. and charged with two counts of possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 49 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 4:37 p.m. and charged with larceny in sixth degree. She was additional charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
Saturday, March 31
• An 18 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 12:05 p.m. and charged with illegal alteration of identification numbers on a firearm. He was processed on a $200,000 surety bond.
• A 57 year-old woman of Raymond Court was arrested at 9:23 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and forgery in the third degree.

• A 33 year-old woman of Raymond Court was arrested at 5:20 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Tuesday, April 3
• A 29 year-old woman of a Messina Drive apartment was arrested at 10:27 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of assault in the third degree. He was processed on a $1,000 bond.
Wednesday, April 4
• A 39 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:54 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 40 year-old Ansonia woman was arrested at 10:07 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, two counts of larceny in fourth degree, two counts of charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, and identity theft in the third degree.

• A 44 year-old Milford man was arrested at 7:10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 37 year-old woman of Saltonstall Place was issued a citation at 1:12 a.m. for use or possession of drug paraphernalia contain less than one-half ounce of cannabis.
Friday, April 6
• A 36 year-old man of Washington Avenue was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree and disorderly conduct. He was processed on a combined $30,500 bond.
• A 53 year-old man of George Street was arrested at 8:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and threatening in the second degree.
• A 41 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3:05 p.m. and charged with two counts of violation of probation. He was processed on a combined $30,000 bond.
• A 27 year-old New haven woman was arrested at 6:05 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, making a false statement, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and falsely reporting an incident.
Saturday, April 7
• A 40 year-old man of Bradford Avenue was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. In the same incident a 27 year-old Waterbury woman was charged with the same.

• A 53 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 8 a.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of failure to respond to a citation.
• A 40 year-old man of Weber Street was arrested at 8:29 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

• A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:47 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 27 year-old Branford man was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 26 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:56 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 24 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 6:18 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 27 year-old woman of Green Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:47 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis, and use of possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis.
