Wednesday, Jan. 31
• A 45 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:08 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, possession of narcotics, sale or possession of a controlled substance, possession of greater than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
• A 26 year-old man of Raynham Road was arrested at 5:37 p.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant, possession of greater than one-half ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
• A 32 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 5:45 p.m. and charged with having an illegal weapon in a motor vehicle, sale of a narcotic, sale of a controlled substance, and possession of greater than one-half ounce of marijuana. He was processed on a $10,000 bond.
Thursday, Feb. 1
• A 35 year-old woman of South End Road was arrested at 5:07 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Friday, Feb. 2
No arrests were made.
• A 35 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 1:29 p.m. and charged with failure to register residential address for a person convicted of a non-violent sexual criminal offense against a minor.
Saturday, Feb. 3
• A 50 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3:47 a.m. and charged with having illegal weapons in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of greater than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of a cannabis-type substance.
• A 31 year-old man of View Terrace was arrested at 10:01 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Thompson Street.
• A 37 year-old woman of Hughes Street was arrested at 10:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. The crash occurred on Main Street at Lenox Street.
• A 39 year-old man of a Thompson Street apartment was arrested at 10:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Sunday, Feb 4
• A 21 year-old homeless man was arrested at 4:57 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Monday, Feb. 5
• A 37 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:04 p.m. and charged with possession of great than one-half ounce of marijuana, sale of a narcotic, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to carry registration or insurance card.
Tuesday, Feb. 6
• A 19 year-old man of Second Avenue was arrested at 2:20 a.m. and charged with violation of probation and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a combined $12,500 surety bond.
• A 45 year-old Manchester man was arrested at 10:28 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 19 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 10:01 p.m. and charged with refusal to be fingerprinted, criminal mischief in the third degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
Wednesday, Feb. 7
• A 55 year-old man of Ridge Place was arrested at 9:09 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 45 year-old man of Mill Street was arrested at 10:08 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and criminal violation of a restraining order.
• A 41 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:21 p.m. and charged with forgery in the second degree, criminal attempt to possess narcotics, and criminal attempt to commit insurance fraud.
• A 23 year-old man of Union Avenue was arrested at 10:33 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and three counts of violation of a protective order.
Thursday, Feb. 8
• A 48 year-old woman of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
• A 26 year-old man of Sunset Road was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citations.
Friday, Feb. 9
• A 27 year-old man of Thompson Avenue was arrested at midnight and charged with robbery in the second degree, larceny in the second degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• A 29 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:12 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 32 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 7:12 p.m. an charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 21 year-old man of Swan Way was arrested at 8:21 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and two counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
• A 25 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:20 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Saturday, Feb.10
• A 39 year-old man of Rock Street was arrested at 2:12 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Foxon Road.
• A 50 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 5:57 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and breach of peace in the second degree.
Sunday, Feb 11
• A 37 year-old woman of Charter Oak Avenue was arrested at 10:20 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
• A 20 year-old woman of Green Garden Court was arrested at 4:51 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Monday, Feb.12
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Feb.13
• A 76 year-old man and a 78 year-old man of the same Edward Street residence were arrested at 9 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. In the same incident a 51 year-old man of the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
