Wednesday, Dec. 20
• A 19 year-old man of Strong Street was arrested at 7:58 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• A 20 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 7:58 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and use or possession drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
• A 21 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was also charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order, and assault in the third degree.
• A 24 year-old Wallingford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:28 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
Thursday, Dec. 21
• A 22 year-old man of Bronx, New York was arrested at 3:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree, identity theft in the first degree, and forgery in the second degree. He was processed on a $75,000 bond.
• A 35 year-old man of Dodge Avenue was arrested at 7:08 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
• A 42 year-old man of Bormann Road was arrested at 8:23 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Friday, Dec. 22
No arrests were made.
• A 19 year-old old Shelton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:59 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to display plate, and possession of marijuana.
Saturday, Dec. 23
• A 51 year-old man of Green Garden Court was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 30 year-old man of Bronx, New York was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, violation of a protective order, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce or less of marijuana.
Sunday, Dec. 24
• A 32 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:17 a.m. and charged with five counts of violation of probation. He was processed on a combined $100,000 surety bond.
Monday, Dec. 25
• A 34 year-old man of Hunt Lane was arrested at 10:25 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, Dec. 26
• A 56 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry insurance card, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 33 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9:41 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, Dec. 27
• A 26 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 52 year-old man of Stoddard Road was arrested at 6:09 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $10,000 bond.
Thursday, Dec. 28
• A 25 year-old Madison man was arrested at 10:53 a.m. and charged with harassment in the first degree and threatening in the second degree.
• A 38 year-old man of Sidney Street was arrested at 1:43 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree.
• A 40 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:52 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and three counts of violation of a protective order. She was processed on a combined $15,000 surety bond.
• A 26 year-old man of Raynham Road was arrested at 8:37 p.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant, possession of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing marijuana.
• A 52 year-old man of Thomas Place was arrested at 11:05 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, failure to obey traffic control signal, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
