Wednesday, Nov. 1
• A 42 year-old man of Waldo Street was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license following a motor vehicle stop on Thompson Avenue.
• A 52 year-old Branford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:12 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to signal a turn, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Jillson Drive. While in custody she was charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
Thursday, Nov. 2
• A 44 year-old Derby man was arrested at 3:51 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, larceny in the fifth degree, making charges on a revoked credit card, identity theft in the third degree, forgery in the third degree, criminal impersonation, forgery in the first degree, and commission of computer crimes in the third degree. While in custody he was charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
• A 66 year-old woman of Fox Ridge Drive was arrested at 4:09 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 34 year-old man of Hampton Road was arrested at 4:53 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, possession of greater than one-half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
• A 53 year-old man of Van Horn Drive was arrested at 11:46 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening in the second degree, and unlawful restraint in the first degree.
Friday, Nov. 3
• A 55 year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:10 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrests and use or possession of marijuana containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
• A 47 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 1:55 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Saturday, Nov. 4
• A 26 year-old Bristol man was arrested at 4:23 a.m. and charged with forgery in the third degree and criminal attempt to commit larceny in the third degree.
• A 27 year-old man of Forbes Place was arrested at 12:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Sunday, Nov. 5
• A 26 year-old woman of Vista Drive was arrested at 1:39 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Florence Street.
• A 30 year-old woman of Thornton Drive was arrested at 9:33 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor.
Monday, Nov. 6
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Nov. 7
• A 48 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 2:09 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 25 year-old man of Barberry Road was arrested at 5:35 p.m. and charged with failure to register as a convicted sex offender (non-violent). He was processed on a $40,000 surety bond.
Wednesday, Nov. 8
• A 56 year-old man of North High Street was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.
• A 28 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and breach of peace in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
Thursday, Nov. 9
• A 25 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:30 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of maker plates, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and failure to have a lighted rear marker plate. He was processed on a $2,500 bond.
• A 28 year-old Branford man was arrested at 6:18 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, possession of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 29 year-old woman of Deerfield Street was arrested at 10:56 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and assault in the third degree. She was processed on a $2,500 bond,
Friday, Nov. 10
• A 27 year-old man of Cosey Beach Avenue was arrested at 3:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 21 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 7:35 p.m. and charged with disorderly in the third degree.

No arrests were made.
Sunday, Nov. 12
• A 29 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:21 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.
Monday, Nov. 13
• An 18 year-old man of Laurel Street was arrested at 6:01 p.m. and charged with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order, possession of marijuana, and failure to display license plates. He was processed on a $1,000 bond.
Tuesday, Nov. 14
• A 23 year-old man of Redwood Drive was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 58 year-old man of Leigh Drive was arrested at 10:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $2,500 bond.
Wednesday, Nov. 15
• A 32 year-old North Haven woman was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal attempt to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 44 year-old Derby man was arrested at 11:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 34 year-old man of Birch Lane was arrested at 11:38 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint in the second degree.
