The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Clinton

Wednesday, Sept. 6

No arrests were made.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on East Main Street at 11:16 a.m.

Thursday, Sept. 7

• A 35 year-old man of Evergreen Drive was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

• A 45 year-old woman and a 47 year-old woman of two different East Main Street addresses were arrested at 2:05 p.m. Each party was charged with illegal manufacture or distribution of drugs, possession of narcotics, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 27 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 7 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the sixth degree, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, and receipt of goods or services by use of an illegal credit card.

• A burglary was investigated on Old Post Road at 4:59 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 8

No arrests were made.

• Harassment was investigated on College Street at 3:05 p.m.

• An animal bite complaint was investigated on Hurd Bridge Road at 6:33 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Brickyard Road at 10:42 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 9

• A 23 year-old man of John Street was arrested at 7:50 a.m. and charged with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

• A 43 year-old man of Willow Lane was arrested at 6:11 p.m. and charged with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order and two counts of criminal trespass in the first degree.

• A 21 year-old woman of a Nod Road apartment was arrested at 8:28 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, possession of narcotics, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 57 year-old man of Liberty Street was arrested at 8:49 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 47 year-old Killingworth woman was arrested at 11:42 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle, using a hand-held cell phone while driving, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• Harassment was investigated on Old Post Road at 5:41 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 10

• An 18 year-old man of Nod Road was arrested at 9:57 a.m. and charged with stealing a firearm, larceny in the fourth degree, larceny in the sixth degree, burglary in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree.

• A 31 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 4:23 p.m. and charged with threatening, disorderly conduct, breach of peace, and carrying or sale of a dangerous weapon.

• Harassment was investigated on Clover Road at 1:30 p.m.

• Threatening was investigated on East Main Street at 4:23 p.m.

• An attempted burglary was investigated on Captains Walk at 8:06 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 11

No arrests were made.

• A larceny was investigated on Waterside Lane at 1:46 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

No arrests were made.

A 30 year-old man of Taylor Ridge was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:40 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to obey a control signal following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike.

• The reported of an intoxicated person was investigated on East Main Street at 2:44 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about an intoxicated person was investigated on Pearl Street at 12:16 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 14

• A 34 year-old man of Waterside Lane was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 12 year-old juvenile was arrested at 6:17 p.m. and charged with two counts of criminal trespass in the second degree following a trespassing incident on Elm Street.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated on Waterside Lane at 2:46 p.m.

• Harassment was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 7:40 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 15

No arrests were made.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on High Street at 8:44 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Pearl Street at 2:31 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 16

• A 33 year-old man of Brooklyn, New York was arrested at 6:13 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A burglary was investigated on West Main Street at 8:55 a.m.

• Threatening was investigated on Jefferson Circle at 10:57 a.m.

• Threatening was investigated on East Main Street at 8:42 p.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Buell Court at 10:32 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 17

• A 60 year-old man of Kenilworth Drive was arrested at 1:06 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 60 year-old man of West Main Street was arrested at 10:06 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on Knollwood Drive at 10:23 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Waterside Lane at 11:20 a.m.

• An assault was investigated on Kelseytown Road and Janes Lane Ext at 6:34 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 18

• A 27 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:12 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, illegal manufacture or distribution of drugs, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing, possession of narcotics, manufacture or possession of burglar’s tools, having weapons in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance. In the same incident a 27 year-old East Haven man was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing. The arrests were made following the report of suspicious activity on Cream Pot Road.

• A 49 year-old man of West Shore Drive was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the sixth degree, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, improper use of registration, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 6:14 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated on Brickyard Road at 11:01 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 3:26 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 21

• A 41 year-old woman of Longate Road was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on a warrant charging her with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

• A 36 year-old woman of Hurd Bridge Road was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on a warrant charging her with assault in the third degree.

• An attempted burglary was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 6:02 a.m.

• A complaint about an intoxicated person on Glenwood Road was investigated at 9:29 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 10:29 a.m.

• A neighbor dispute was investigated on Cedar Island Avenue at 3:44 p.m.

• An attempted burglary was investigated on Carter Hill Road at 11:55 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 22

• A 32 year-old man of Kelseytown Road was arrested at 2:02 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and having dangerous weapons in a motor vehicle. In the same incident a 32 year-old Westbrook man was charged with possession of narcotics and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, a 30 year-old woman of Spencer Court was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The arrests were made following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike near Walnut Hill Road.

• Trespass was investigated on Carter Hill Road at 9:01 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 23

• A 16 year-old was arrested at 1:57 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and breach of peace following a shoplifting incident on East Main Street.

• A 39 year-old Hartford man was arrested at 2:13 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and possession of a shoplifting device following a shoplifting incident on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A 22 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:41 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A neighbor dispute was investigated on Old Post Road at 2:30 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 24

• A 48 year-old man and a 35 year-old woman of the same Wethersfield residence were arrested at 7:41 p.m. Each party was charged with breach of peace, intimidation in the second degree, and threatening.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Post Office Square at 12:26 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Lockwood Drive at 12:02 p.m.

• An untimely death was investigated on Nod Road at 6:03 p.m.

• Threatening was investigated on Waterside Lane at 7:49 p.m.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated on Lafayette Green Road at 1:08 p.m.

• A 42 year-old woman of Fir Ridge Road was arrested at 6:39 a.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Thursday, Sept. 28

• A 58 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 12:39 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree,

• A 19 year-old woman of Chestnut Street was arrested at 1:35 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 34 year-old woman of a West Main Street apartment was arrested at 10:23 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and threatening. In the same incident a 37 year-old man of a neighboring apartment was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

• A 33 year-old Bristol woman was issued a citation at 11:22 a.m. for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Nod Road.

Friday, Sept. 29

• A 38 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 20 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:26 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of registration plates, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a motor vehicle stop on high Street. In the same incident a 31 year-old New Haven man was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana. Additionally, a 24 year-old man of a Glenwood Road apartment was issued a citation for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

• A neighbor dispute was investigated on College Street at 2:21 p.m.

• Harassment was investigated on College Street at 4:47 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 30

• A 42 year-old man of Delwood Avenue was arrested at 5:36 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening, and reckless endangerment in the first degree following a domestic dispute.

• A 46 year-old man of West Islip, New York was arrested at 7:21 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart, and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).

• Harassment was investigated on Old Post Road at 9:50 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 1

• A 38 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with interfering with an emergency call.

• A 49 year-old Forestville man was arrested at 8:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike at Walnut Hill Road.

Monday, Oct. 2

• A 17 year-old was arrested at 1:19 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree (from a building) and criminal mischief in the third degree following a burglary on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated on Founders Road at 12 noon.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

• An 18 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:42 a.m. on a warrant charging her with larceny in the third degree in a motor vehicle.

• A 31 year-old man of Blaine Avenue was issued a citation at 6:22 p.m. for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike at Walnut Hill Road.

• A larceny was investigated on West Main Street at 12:06 a.m.

Thursday, Oct. 5

• A 44 year-old man of Allen Road was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

• A 31 year-old Madison man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:31 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street at Liberty Street.

• Harassment was investigated on William Street at 2:23 p.m.

• A complaint about identity theft was investigated on White Oak Drive at 5:44 p.m.

• An animal bite was reported on Pallenberg Drive at 6:59 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 6

• A 33 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 2:50 a.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order following the report of suspicious activity on Riverside Drive. In the same incident a 30 year-old Haddam woman was issued a citation for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

• A 57 year-old man of River Road was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct.

• A larceny was investigated on North High Street at 3:25 p.m.

• Harassment was investigated on Dogwood Lane at 6:37 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 7

• A 14 year-old was arrested at 7:28 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A noise complaint was investigated on Whitewood Road at 9:38 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 8

• A noise complaint was investigated on Cow Hill Road at 2:57 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on West Main Street at North High Street.

• A larceny was investigated on Shore Road at 4:59 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 9

• Three people were arrested at 9:55 p.m. at 9:55 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Egypt Lane at Stone Wall Lane. A 19 year-old man of Whitewood Road, a 19 year-old man of Airline Road, and a 19 year-old woman of Airline Road was charged with illegal manufacture or distribution of drugs, possession of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to sell marijuana.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Pratt Road at 12:23 a.m.

• A weapons violation was investigated on East Main Street at 11:41 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Fairy Dell Road at Liberty Street.

• Forgery was investigated on East Main Street at 8:35

Tuesday, Oct. 10

• A 15 year-old was arrested at 7:43 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident on Killingworth Turnpike.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 9:12 a.m.

• Harassment was investigated on Clover Road at 9:38 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Cream Pot Road at 10:53 a.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 6

• A 54 year-old Old Lyme man was arrested at 5:21 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, making an unsafe movement from a stopped or standing position, and violation of license classification.

Thursday, Sept. 7

• A 52 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 4:29 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, passing on the right, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Friday, Sept. 8

No arrests were made.

Saturday, Sept. 9

• A 27 year-old Groton woman was arrested at 2:36 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 31 year-old Gales Ferry man was arrested at 7:23 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and traveling unreasonably fast.

• A 19 year-old Lyme man was arrested and charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, passing in a non-passing zone, making a restricted turn, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, carrying a dangerous weapon, using a motor vehicle without permission, interfering with an officer, and threatening.

• A 46 year-old Ivoryton man was issued a written warning at 1:23 p.m. for unsafe passing after the 2008 Yamaha motorcycle he was operating on Boston Post Road at Old Salt Works Road collided with a 2007 Cadillac STS operated by a 53 year-old woman of Oxford Court. No injuries were reported or observed.

Sunday, Sept. 10

• A 43 year-old New Britain man was arrested at 12:27 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Monday, Sept. 11

• A 22 year-old Pawcatuck man was arrested at 4:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, and larceny in the third degree (from a building).

• A larceny was investigated on private property on Boston Post Road near the Old Saybrook town line at 9:53 a.m. The following items were stolen from an outbuilding on the property: two orange/black colored Stihl chainsaws and one red/silver air compressor. The theft was thought to have occurred sometime over the proper week. Anyone with information is asked to call Trooper Gregory Hunter at 860-399-2100. All calls will be kept confidential.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

• A 56 year-old North Branford woman was arrested at 4:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking. The accused was found asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle with the engine running and the transmission in drive. When the responding trooper put the transmission in park the driver woke up. She agreed to and failed a standardized field sobriety test.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

• A 24 year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 3:55 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Thursday, Sept. 14

• A 54 year-old woman of Old Mail Trail was arrested at 12:07 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle accident. He was operating a 2010 Land Rover Range Rover.

• A 41 year-old Durham man was arrested at 4:53 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive upon the right.

• A 54 year-old Waterbury man was arrested at 8:23 p.m. and charged with failure to keep a prescription drug in its original container after he was stopped for erratic driving.

Friday, Sept. 15 to Saturday, Sept. 16

No arrests were made.

Sunday, Sept. 17

• A 26 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed and held in lieu of a $25,000 surety bond he could not post.

Monday, Sept. 18

No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

• A 52 year-old man of a Post Office Box in Westbrook was arrested at 8:42 a.m. and charged with violation of a protective order. The alleged victim was 81 years old. The accused was processed and held in lieu of a $2,500 surety bond he could not post.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

• A 31 year-old Kensington man was arrested at 11:34 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was processed and released after posting a $5,000 surety bond.

Thursday, Sept. 21

No arrests were made.

Friday, Sept. 22

• A 25 year-old Manchester woman was arrested at 2:12 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Saturday, Sept. 23

No arrests were made.

• A 40 year-old Middletown woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:52 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to carry a driver’s license, speeding, and failure to drive upon the right.

Sunday, Sept. 24

• A 42 year-old man of Wickham Court was arrested at 3:52 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and strangulation in the third degree. He was processed on a $20,000 surety bond.

Monday, Sept. 25

• A 20 year-old Haddam man was arrested at 11:36 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, violation of a protective order, and threatening. The accused sent threatening messages to a 25 year-old woman. He was processed on a $25,000 cash bond.

• A 37 year-old Middlefield man was arrested at 8:16 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

• A 56 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 5:58 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the second degree (from a motor vehicle).

Wednesday, Sept. 27

• A 23 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 5:39 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 32 year-old woman of Smithfield, Rhode Island was arrested at 11:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.

• A 58 year-old woman was transported to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center without incident who was suffering from depression and alcoholism. Police assisted in this non-criminal incident.

Thursday, Sept. 28

• A 45 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 4:11 p.m. and charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree.

• Police issued a report about a missing female from a residence at 10:40 a.m. The woman was reported missing since 7 p.m. the night before.

Friday, Sept. 29

• A 22 year-old Durham man was arrested at 7:07 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and making a restricted turn.

Saturday, Sept. 30

No arrests were made.

Sunday, Oct. 1

• A 21 year-old Higganum man was arrested at 9:24 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, and improper parking.

Monday, Oct. 2

No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

• A 27 year-old woman of unknown address was arrested at 9:02 p.m. and charged with reckless driving.

Wednesday, Oct. 4 to Thursday, Oct. 5

No arrests were made.

Friday, Oct. 6

• A 58 year-old East Haddam man was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Saturday, Oct. 7

• A 65 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 10:19 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following the report of an erratic driver.

• A larceny was investigated at Westbrook Marine Center, 533 Boston Post Road. Sometime during the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 3 and the morning of Friday, Oct. 6 a blue side curtain made of canvass was taken off a 28-foot Pursuit power boat docked at the marina. Anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact trooper Gregory Hunter at 860-399-2100. All calls will be kept confidential.

Sunday, Oct. 8

• A 70 year-old man of Brooklyn, New York was arrested at 12:39 a.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, and speeding following a motor vehicle stop.

Monday, Oct. 9

No arrests were made.

• A 21 year-old Norwich woman was issued a citation at 11:28 p.m. for traveling too fast for conditions. She was operating a 2006 Nissan 350z southbound on Old Clinton Road when she drove off the roadway to the right and struck a sign and a utility pole. The operator stated that a deer came out in front of her vehicle, causing her to swerve. She received minor head injuries and was transported by her boyfriend to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center for treatment.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

• A 27 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on warrants charging him with larceny in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree, and two counts of burglary in the third degree. He was processed on a $20,000 surety bond following an investigation into burglary and larceny incident on Second Avenue.

• A 34 year-old Windsor man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:28 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Elm Street.

Saturday, Sept. 9

• A 19 year-old Lyme man was arrested at 1:26 p.m. and charged with engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop on Route 154 at the Auto Mall.

• A 60 year-old Lyme man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:28 p.m. for reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Lynde Street.

• A 40 year-old Meriden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:12 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Roundtree Drive.

• A 34 year-old man of Hilltop Drive was issued a citation at 4:30 p.m. for failure to vaccinate a dog against rabies and failure to license a dog, following an investigation on Connolly Drive.

• A 22 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 11:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and speeding following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Main Street.

• A 26 year-old Middletown man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:56 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and using a hand-held cell phone while driving following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Elm Street.

• A 45 year-old Essex man was arrested at 12:04 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and failure to obey a stop sign.

• A 24 year-old man of Brooklyn, New York was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on warrant charging him with larceny in the fourth degree.

• A 29 year-old Essex woman was arrested at 11:06 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 28 year-old woman of Bokum Road was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on a warrant held by Old Saybrook Police charging her with risk of injury to a minor. She was processed and held in lieu of a $15,000 surety bond she was unable to post.

• A 15 year-old was arrested at 2:02 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 31 year-old woman of Ragged Rock Road was issued a citation at 9:08 p.m. for creating a nuisance with a dog.

• A 22 year-old man of Mill Rock Road was arrested at 8:57 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief in the second degree, and violation of probation on a warrant held by the Old Saybrook Police Department.

• A 55 year-old woman of Ferry Road was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on a warrant charging her with three counts of failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A 38 year-old man of Orchard Lane was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Orchard Lane.

• A 33 year-old Norwich man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:29 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Essex Road at Floral Park Road.

• A 63 year-old man of Watch Hill Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:16 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, speeding, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road.

• A 22 year-old woman of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and a 23 year-old man of Stafford, Virginia, were arrested at 4:02 p.m. Each party was charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
