• Criminal mischief of private property was investigated at 321 Boston Post Road at 2:51 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 28 Arbor Lane at 7:04 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 25
• A 45 year-old man of Rolling Meadow Road was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a minor. This incident marks the third time this man was arrested for DUI.
• A motor vehicle accident in which a driver fled the scene was investigated at 2 Flower Avenue at 5:15 a.m. The offending driver was wanted for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle.
• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 2:19 p.m.
• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated at 1333 Boston Post Road at 5:03 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 26
No arrests were made.
• A psychiatric emergency was investigated on Birch Land at 1:53 a.m.
• A complaint about a person operating a motor vehicle without permission was investigated on Neck Road at 10:44 a.m.
Sunday, Aug. 27
• A 30 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 2:33 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 2:39 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 28
No arrests were made.
• A theft was investigated at 12 School Street at 11:28 a.m.
• A complaint about the issuing of a bad check was investigated at 14 Evarts Lane at 3:22 p.m.
• A stray animal was found on New Road near Bishops Lane. No time was recorded.
• A breach of peace incident was investigated on the 800 block of Boston Post Road at 8:59 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 29
No arrests were made.
• An animal nuisance was investigated on Bradley Corners Road near Squires Lane at 12:34 a.m.
• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 121 Liberty Street at 12:20 p.m.
• An animal nuisance was investigated below the 100 block of Middle Beach Road at 2:04 p.m.
• A report of a suspicious person was investigated at 724 Boston Post Road at 6:14 p.m.
• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at Green Hill Road at 7:50 p.m.
