• A 28 year-old Stratford woman was arrested at 7:09 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree and larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 24 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:07 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.
Thursday, July 27
• A 34 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 12:30 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics (second time arrested for this offense following a prior conviction).
• A 35 year-old Prospect woman was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 34 year-old man of Louis Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:31 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 24 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:28 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 58 year-old Bristol man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:31 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plate.
Sunday, July 30
• A 30 year-old man of Sherman Terrace was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 33 year-old man of Easton Street was arrested at 2:10 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and threatening in the second degree.
• A 19 year-old man of unknown address was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:24 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 20 year-old woman of Bradley Street was arrested at 8:28 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 26 year-old Meriden man was arrested at 1:23 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 20 year-old man of Renee Lane was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:49 a.m. for misuse of plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to have headlamps lit or devices illuminated.
