Branford
Wednesday, July 26
• A 32 year-old man of Ivy Street was arrested at 1:04 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order.
• A 31 year-old North Branford woman was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• An 18 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 12:40 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, possession of alcohol by a minor, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and throwing objects at a motor vehicle.
• A 29 year-old man of Brushy Plains Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:54 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to wear face protection.
Thursday, July 27
• A 50 year-old woman of Monticello Drive was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 46 year-old North Haven man was arrested at 7:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 31 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Friday, July 28
• A 45 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 7 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 40 year-old homeless man was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree and larceny in the third degree.
• A 29 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), engaging police in pursuit, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 42 year-old man of Leetes Island Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:18 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and using a hand-held cell phone while driving.
Saturday, July 29
• A 36 year-old woman of Silver Street was arrested at 3:45 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 44 year-old Wolcott man was arrested at 10:06 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and violation of a restraining order.
• A 44 year-old woman of Main Street was arrested at 11:59 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree.

• A 44 year-old Wolcott man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a restraining order.
• A 27 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 2:55 p.m. and charged with forgery in the second degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the first degree.
• A 19 year-old man of Harbor Street was arrested at 5:56 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer, assault on a peace officer, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency 911 call.
• A 51 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:56 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 39 year-old Enfield man was arrested at 6:20 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree on a person age 60 or older or who is pregnant or handicapped.
Tuesday, August 1
• A 27 year-old man of Pentecost Street was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts of failure to appear in the first degree, failure to appear in the second degree, and violation of a protective order.
• A 39 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 9:26 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, larceny in the fifth degree, and interfering with an officer.

Thursday, Aug. 3
• A 64 year-old man of Maple Street was arrested at 8:15 a.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 29 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 1:04 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 36 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 2:23 p.m. and charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal attempt to commit larceny in the fourth degree, interfering with an officer, assault on a peace officer, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
• A 50 year-old man and a 36 year-old man of Hilltop Drive were arrested at 9:40 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Friday, Aug. 4
• A 33 year-old man of Rogers Street was arrested at 2:47 a.m. and charged with violation of a protective order and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
• A 22 year-old man of Montoya Circle was arrested at 10:30 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and unlawful restraint in the second degree.
• A 22 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment in the second degree, three counts of letting a child ride in a open truck, and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.
• A 54 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 2:22 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 29 year-old woman of Elm Street was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 39 year-old North Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:59 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.

• Two 18 year-old New Haven men were arrested at 1:33 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 26 year-old man of Swift Street was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree, fraudulent use of an automatic teller machine, and credit card theft.
• A 29 year-old man of Harbour Village was arrested at 10:53 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, and violation of a left lane restriction imposed on a commercial vehicle.
• A 55 year-old man of Bradley Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:10 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of registration.
• A 49 year-old East Haven man was issued a motor vehicle summons at 8:19 p.m. for illegally parking in a designated handicap space.
• A 27 year-old man of Baypath Way was issued a citation at 2:34 p.m. for creating an animal nuisance and allowing a dog to roam.
North Branford
Wednesday, July 26
• A 33 year-old Branford man was arrested at 10:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, and receipt of goods or services obtained illegally.

• A 27 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:08 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to carry a driver’s license.

• A 48 year-old man of Harrison Road was arrested at 12:19 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 50 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:54 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and violation of a left lane restriction when operating (or towing) a commercial trailer.

Tuesday, Aug. 8
• A 42 year-old Madison man was arrested at 1:13 p.m. and charged with interfering with an office, reckless endangerment in the first degree, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to obey a control signal. In the same incident a 39 year-old woman was charged with interfering with an officer.
