• A motor vehicle accident in which one driver fled the scene and was wanted for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle was investigated on Wall Street at 10:48 a.m.

• An animal nuisance was reported at 27 Governor’s Way at 8:41 a.m.

• An animal nuisance was reported at 61 Liberty Street at 6:08 p.m.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 85 Bradley Road at 9:27 a.m.

Friday, July 14

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 497 Warpas Road at 8:37 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Duck Hole Road at Hammonasset Connector at 9:59 a.m.

Saturday, July 15

No arrests were made.

• An appliance fire was reported at 5 Spring Road at 9:11 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated in front of 22 Summer Hill Road at 9:13 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 3:31 p.m.

• A motor vehicle without injuries was investigated in front of 781 Durham Road at 9:31 p.m.

Sunday, July 16

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated in front of 589 Boston Post Road at 12:07 p.m.

• A theft of items from a motor vehicle was investigated at 84 Duck Hole Road at 12:44 p.m.

• An animal nuisance was reported on Durham Road at Church Lane at 1:19 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 9:10 p.m.

Monday, July 17

• Three teenagers were arrested at 3:21 a.m. following an investigation into a report of suspicious persons at 60 Boston Post Road. An 18 year-old man of Town Crier Lane, an 18 year-old man of Wheatstone Road, and an 18 year-old man of Horse Pond Road were charged with the following: burglary in the third degree, interfering with an officer, possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at 7 Old Duck Hole Road at 9:05 a.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 656 Horse Pond Road at 9:40 a.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 4 Buttonball Lane at 3:48 p.m.

Tuesday, July 18

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 1276 Durham Road at 8:17 a.m.

• A complaint about unwanted person or persons was investigated at 17 Riverside Terrace at 2:45 p.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 256 Samson Rock Drive at 3:36 p.m.

• A theft from a residence was investigated at 120 Duck Hole Road at 4:03 p.m.

Killingworth

Wednesday, July 12

• A 43 year-old woman of Cedar Drive was arrested at 8:20 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. The incident involved a verbal disagreement between a mother and daughter that resulted in threatening and the charged party preventing the alleged victim from making a 911 emergency call to request police protection.

Thursday, July 13 to Tuesday, July 18
